My husband and I came in for passport services with photos. We made an appointment online and services were super quick! We didn't have a wait time at all and Danielle was absolutely fantastic! She made my husband and I's first experience getting passports amazing! Super easy experience and she answered all of our questions we had for her!

Lovely Experience, I went on this site first time, Staff is very kind, cooperative, knowledgeable and friendly. One of the staff members helped me beyond my expectations. Wish I knew her name. I would definitely recommend this USPS.

8-11-2023. I was they Friday. The post office, was clean and in a good location. The employees are professional and caring, they help everyone who comes there.

I had to purchase 3 months for a PO Box. Other than some mistake with the phone number I used I was in and out within 20 minutes with my keys' having paid for everything online. The staff are excellent especially the lady (I'll get her name today if she's working) who walks around to assist people waiting In line. Even 6 days ago when I went in the line was to the door but this lady went and got my PO Box package as it was still early but said ready for pickup.

All of you who are whining like children about things like "they can't take cash at a window" need to understand that they go through a lot of cash just like any retail outfit and sometimes they do not have a person able to run to the bank to restock their coffers. This is a government facility and the longest I've ever had to wait in a long line was 15 minutes. The clerks are friendly and Profesional so my suggestion to you with issues is to call the main USPS number and speak with someone there so you don't waste the time of both the clerks and customers.

The staff are very nice, professional and knowledgeable about their work. It is the BEST post office in the area although frequently crowded. My hat is off to the friendly staff. You guys rock!

So many bad reviews, I feel bad. I did not have a bad experience at this location. Yes you do have to wait in line and etc but the employees there aren’t bad at all. All helpful. 💚😔

Everybody for past 6 years have been amazing. Which is shocking with how RUDE and profane sooo many of the clientele are that frequent this location. Honestly I don’t know how these amazing postal workers possibly maintain their cool and calm demeanor‘s with some of the people that come in this branch. They have always been very generous ready and willing to help and incredibly kind and cordial to me and my children. There were months that I went into this branch every day sometimes multiple times a day, and I can’t say enough good things. I am updating my review based on my recent experience with the passport desk at this Post Office. The gentleman behind the counter yesterday was amazing. I was very early for my appointment and he took care of me right away. He even took the time to take two pictures and let me choose which one to use. I was in and out within about 15 minutes.
I had previously come in about 2 weeks ago and the lady that was there refused to help me because I did not have an appointment even though there wasn't anyone else there and I had all my paperwork ready. The gentleman yesterday more than made up for his coworker.

Upon arrival I expected a long wait time but was pleasantly surprised how fast the small line moved. There were plenty of clerks to assist customers and they seemed friendly and eager to assist. My transaction was completed in a timely manner and was very pleased at the level of service!

I am so disappointed in humanity after reading these reviews. I have been visiting this post office multiple times a week for years and it is filled with some of the kindest most caring and hard working employees anybody could ever ask for. They go out of their way to help customers and quite a few people like Izzy take a vested interest in the people that come into this post office like myself. I often go into the lobby with my three children whom many of the employees have gone out of their way to learn my kids names and greet them by name with a smile and enthusiasm. I now live in Fort Pierce and although there are many great post office is up here high sometimes will take the hour and a half drive just to pop in to the Summit branch and say hello to people that I consider friends.. five stars is not enough for these hard-working civil servants!!!!!

I never had the same experience other 1-start-people had. And I come here a lot of times. The staff work really hard and are really polite. Sometimes when the lines are really long, a member would come through the lines gathering some packages/letters (This is my experience, didn't get mine because I didn't have a stamp). The reason I came here is because my little brother had a letter for Santa. Instead of being rude or fake, she had a great attitude and politely gave us great service. She had a wonderful personality and was really nice. My brother walked out happy and excited.

I highly recommend coming here.

I was there and yes long lines but the lines went quickly that day. We must understand what these poor workers are up against. We must cooperate with each other and be accepting of the fact that sometimes the person in front of you needs a bit more attention and therefore you will be longer in line. Be patient and grateful for the fact that you are able to send your package and that we have this service. You guys are great, my service person was awesome. They employees are great with keeping up with the demands of this super busy location. They are always friendly even when I'm probably the 1000th person they have helped that day. Yes the lines are long but they are the only post office open late so everybody is going there. I do love the staff here though can't praise them enough for their hard work and friendliness.

I have used this location for years. The staff are helpful but cannot solve every problem. You should know what service you need and shouldn't expect the works to do all of it. Some customers are totally uneducated to the postal service.

This post office did a great job. Saturday, they are open. Not with just one associate but 5,6 or more. Some one was in the lobby helping folks get the correct forms or fill paperwork out. They were pleasant!!!! What a surprise! The nice associate, Trish, at the counter was helpful and pleasant. No attitude- which I often get at other post offices because I frequently have to make overseas shipments with Custom forms.
I can 't say enough about how nice they were at this USP Office, unheard of. Keep up the good work folks, thank you.

I love this Post Office. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and most important, helpful. Facility is clean and well organized. Lines are sometimes long but move quickly and they often have a worker acting as dispatcher to facilitate movement.

Bit of a wait at peak tomes but great customer service.

I do tons of direct mailers and Libby in the business center always goes out her way to help me. She is always willing to teach how to do stuff the right way. Everyone in the business center is always willing to let me know how to improve the mailers and show me the guidelines. Even when I made a mistake they were willing to make an exception. Thank you all so much for your help and understanding in my learning process!

I am blind 90% due to Glycoma. An young black lady guided me to fill the priority mail
Package and helped me. It was 11.37 on 3rd of October 2020. I commend her job for compassion
And helping hand. I appreciate what she is doing. I was an union bus driver and how
Frustration it is to work with a crowd.
