Costco Pharmacy

I have used this pharmacy every month for almost 3 years. They always take wonderful care of me, treat me with respect, and most importantly fill each one of my prescriptions accurately. They don't always have what I need exactly on that day because, well who does. However, I leave it with them and get a text when it is ready. During the height of covid there was often a line and more complications, but that seems to be in the past. I don't bother going anywhere else. I enjoy my experience with Costco Duluth

The speed that they worked to get my prescription transferred and filled was such a blessing to me. They also answered the phone both times I called, remembered me, and were very helpful. They also have quality generic drugs from quality manufacturers which is why I transferred to them at this time as the other pharmacies I called did not.

Great assistance from pharmacy team with both vaccine boosters for us & pet meds for the dog. No long waits and very customer service oriented team. Best prices too!

The pharmacy staff is very friendly and the prices are good but the wait times are incredibly long. I waited an hour to get a tetanus shot when they told me it would only take 15 minutes.

Called in to check on RX while at work around 11-ish and they said it'll be ready. When I got off work, arrive at 4:20 and they said it's not ready...

Just like another comment said, when calling about a controlled medication to see if I can transfer my prescription (no use telling my doc to send it there if they don't have the drug, and it takes a while to get in contact with my doctor) they refused to give this information. I called the costco in Buford and they were able to answer Yes or No if the brand I require was in stock, but this Costco refused to provide the information. I have called Walgreens, CVS, Kroger and Walmart in multiple states I have lived and this is the first time I have ever dealt with this nonsense in all those places. Utterly ridiculous to deny providing basic information to customers, if this was a security issue then NO ONE would be providing that information, including the other Costco pharmacy I called. This is not a legitimate policy and it's clearly something they pulled from where the sun doesn't shine.
