Stopped in to return a dress I bought at the Hilldale location. The process was a breeze! It literally took 30 seconds. The girl who helped me was very nice. There was no judgement or questioning on her end. I also did not feel pressured to buy anything as I looked in the store afterwards. I prefer this location over Madison.

Very helpful employees...went 3 days in a row because my 86 year old Aunt could not decide if she wanted a dress. They were patient and she did spend 200 bucks

Every time I go in here, the staff is amazing. They are friendly and helpful. The clothing is great quality and fun but the staff makes the shopping experience even better.
