I tried to open a Toyota Camry and the key snapped in half! Willy's was able to come the same day I asked and replace the key, and it only cost $85, which was pretty good. (It would have been more if they had to unlock the car, but luckily the fob still worked). They even drove out to my home in Provo free of charge to do the job. Very quality and fast service, highly recommend!

The guys in the shop, and especially Elan, did us a huge solid. We were having transmission issues, and our car was throwing a lot of codes. Willy’s crew were able to get us in quickly. Before diving into a bunch of expensive fixes and potentially keeping our car for days, they recommended some other work be done beforehand to see if it would fix the issues related to the codes. Likely saved us from doing a whole transmission replacement. Highly recommend these guys.

After several disappointments with mechanics in Utah County , a friend recommended Willy's Auto Service, and I finally have a mechanic I trust.

I just wanna say that they are so good in what they do, I love that they always tried to make time to see me or that they look for the soonest appointments to help me. I feel that a mechanic it’s like a doctor, because it’s hard to find someone that can hear all the complaints you have and that he’ll make sure fix them all, plus it’s hard to find one to trust. I definitely recommend them, you want something done quick and good, come to them because they will always have an answer and a spot to see you. Thank you guys you are just the best.

Fast service, good work. Had a hole in my oil pan and it was fixed within a week for a good price. They also towed me to the shop for an about average fee that was included at the end of the job. They take pictures throughout the process and share them with you so you can be sure that any dents, scrapes, etc did not come from them so both of us can have peace of mind about the cosmetic safety as well as knowing the extent of the damage that's being fixed or service that's being done.

This is the greatest little gem auto mechanic shop u will find in Provo the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable there very reasonably priced they will beat most rates from any other shop and do the same quality work as well I will not take my vehicle's any where else thank you to the team of Willy's for all the work u have done on all my vehicle's and my friends and families vehicle's as well keep up the great work

Willy was amazing! My wife and I brought our car to him for air conditioning issues and also a rickety steering wheel. We originally were thinking these repairs would cost a fortune! But Willy diagnosed the issue and found out that we did not need to spend the money for new parts and only repair! It saved us about $800 if we had gone somewhere else. Ten out of ten I would recommend to anyone who needs an honest car repairman who doesn’t lie or jerk you around. Willy will get you taken care of.

Hands down the best mechanic in Utah county, if not all of Utah. I went to him more than 10 years ago when I was in college. He was always fair with the price, when he knew it would be hard for me to pay for certain services, he’d do his best to help me out. One time he went out to a junkyard in Uintah Basin to find parts, didn’t charge me extra but really wanted to help me out. He was always genuine and sincere. The quality of work is spot on! My wife got into a huge car accident, it was totaled and he came, found us someone who’d buy the car for salvageable parts and didn’t expect any commission; that’s the kind of heart he has! He didn’t just become our mechanic, but a friend. I’ve told many people to go to him and they all had the same experience. If I ever move back to Utah, this is where I’d go for any car related needs! You will not be disappointed going here.

11/10 great place and very reliable. They fixed my car in an hour and made it completely new. Hopefully won’t have to be back anytime soon but when I do, I’ll be here again!

Went in to have a vehicle thoroughly inspected before I bought it and willy was very honest and gave me the cheapest price I could find. By far the most honest mechanic out there. He's not trying to screw people over and get as much money as he can. Truly trying to please the customer. He's all I will to go from now on.

If I could give Willy ten stars, I would. Willy is honest, smart, and hard working. He has worked on my old car twice now and has given me honest quotes, helped me to understand the problem, fixed the car in record time, and he does a magnificent job. I recemmend him to everybody who needs car help. He is the best!!
