I had the opportunity to visit Sketchers in Jackson Tn for the first time. I was very impressed! The overall environment was great. Natasha assisted me and she was very kind, patient and helpful.

Brandi is wonderful! She was so helpful in saving us on these amazing shoes! Thank you Brandi we definitely will come see you again!

Sketcher's was recommended to us to get work shoes for my daughters. They have a very large selection of no slip shoes, the staff is very friendly and helped us find ones that were just right for them.

I was pleasantly surprised that they had so many shoe options in my size, 6/6.5. I had gone to the skechers outlet where I used to live a few times and not once did they have anything I wanted in my size so I gave up trying. The store was very neat and clean. The sales ladies were very nice and helpful and had great suggestions based on what I needed the shoes for.

There were store employees eager to help you. Unusual these days. 5 star for that and the selection was wide

Associates were very helpful, offered to see if they could order any size or color that I might need. Fortunately, I found the perfect size in arch fit Xtra wide for my husband in stock. I also found a pair for my daughter on clearance, woo-hoo !

These ladies were super helpful on every level. The prices are cheaper than on-line and the buy one get one 1/2 off, is perfection.

I enjoyed shopping here. I was surprised they carried so many size 5 ladies shoes! A lot of stores, even catalogs no longer carry them. I usually have to order my shoes from a specialty catalog. O, I even found socks that fit! The employee was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely shop here again. I thought the prices were very reasonable!

Excellent customer service! They were just out of my shoe size for the shoes I wanted but I was informed that they have another shipment coming in and when to come back and check or I could call.
