I called in because I was gifted a tennis bracelet and needed a different size. Whitney helped me and put me on the waitlist for as soon as one comes in she will call me. She was way better than other associates. Her customer services via phone was amazing . I can’t wait to meet her in person when it comes in !

We came to this location after being disappointed at the service we got at another store. We met Whitney at the Lenox location and she helped guide us through everything we needed during our visit here and we can’t say enough positive things about her!!! We will definitely be coming back to this location because of Whitney!

I have been to a few Swarovski stores but I had the best experience out of any at this location and I give full credit to the associate Trina. She was absolutely amazing in every possible way. She took the time to look at multiple options for me and kept a high energy the entire time. I only intended on purchasing One item but left with two because I couldn’t resist the items in store and Trina’s great selling skills. Whenever I’m in Atlanta I will go out of my way to make it to this store JUST to see her and purchase from her again.

I was assisted by Trina and she was one the sweetest ladies I have ever met! She was polite and patient with all the questions I had, and she helped me resolve the problem I had and I was so thankful for that! We live in TN, but we will definitely be coming back to this Swarovski store next time we are in town!! I will be recommending everyone to visit this store! The guy that was working there was very nice and polite to us as well! Super happy with the way Trina treated us!! :)))

The staff at the Swarovski store in Lenox Mall was amazing, the Manager Trina exchanged out some earrings for my husband and myself, she searched for the earrings and reached out to other stores to make sure we got the same pair. Her and her staff was so amazing that we purchased a watch and a necklace while we were there. The level of service they provided was great.

I had a great experience shopping with the store manager! I ordered products
over the phone. Upon receiving my order, I had an issue with one of the items and the manager was proactive in taking care of it in a timely manner. I will continue to shop at Lenox because of their great customer service.

I really appreciate Trina, the store manager at Lenox Mall with helping me with my exchange. Her customer service was wonderful.My keychain broke and she exchanged it. She made my day! At the perimeter mall Swarovski store they were no help. Highly recommend going to the Swarovski at the Lenox mall and getting help from Trina.

Fantastic customer service. I bought my girlfriend a necklace, bangle and ring for Christmas and went back for an anniversary gift. The staff is extremely patient and helpful.

I love the figurines, so I was thrilled to see a 50% off shelf. I added an adorable Pufferfish to my collection. 🐡
