I brought in my Kia to have the driver's side headlight installed at the shop on Highway 78 in Stone Mountain, GA. The manager at Mr. Tire had already suggested that I purchase the part myself, and that would leave me to pay only the labor plus tax. I did that, and they had the headlight installed in about 30 minutes. And the labor costs were less than they had estimated!

I regularly bring my car in for oil changes, and I trust them to do a thorough job, and not try to fleece me by insisting I need something done, when I don't. The mechanic who installed the headlight even called me in to show me his installation work and get my approval. I recommend this local Mr. Tire auto service for their promptness, professionalism, and honesty. I would hope that all of the franchises are of this same high quality.

7 stars. As you know, customer service is definitely becoming a lost act. Not here. Zach was very helpful over the phone and invited me to come in on the same day. Very helpful. Very kind. And the technicians were also very courteous /well spoken as well. I will come back later for other services. Today I got four new tires and now my truck is driving like a dream.

The absolute best tire shop in this area. I DO NOT go anywhere else. Quick, fast, trustworthy and reliable service. I purchased my tires here last year and the 2 times I’ve had normal wear and tear issues they have been more than helpful to assist me. Save your time and money by shopping here and no where else. I’m huge on customer service and this location exhibits A++++++ customer service. As I’m waiting for my car one of the reps are currently going above and beyond to help another customer. Arrived shortly after they opened for an oil change. Zach was super friendly at the front counter. He provided reminders for upcoming maintenance needs based on the vehicle mileage. Oil change took about 35 minutes, and I was out the door without any issues.

I’ve brought both of my cars in here over the past few weeks and it’s safe to say these guys have my business from now on. Ben and everyone else there were more than helpful and went above and beyond for me. Everything was done on time and on budget.

I had just bought a car from Carvana and wanted peace of mind. I heard great reviews about Mr.tire Stone Mountain they got me right in, checked everything out, the manager was previously a mechanic at Toyota so score for me! A little later my maintenance light came on, the tires needed to be rotated he had me in and out. They are honest, thorough, and informative. The staff over the phone and in person are awesome. Super helpful. I purchased my tires from an affiliate tire shop out of state and they honored the warranty with no issues. The guys were patient with other customers and have a sense of humor. Lenny was very professional and easy going. He was very easy to work with. Ben the manager was awesome and made every costumer laugh when they came in. I’m definitely coming back to theses guys and I trust their service.

From start to finish, my experience with them was an A+. They were able to get me in and out quickly. I was also impressed by how they were keeping the waiting room clean. Wonderful staff. Professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They explained my diagnosis and followed completely through with getting my car fixed in a short period of time. The prices are very reasonable. I am thankful for my experience, very happy and pleased with the services provided. I would recommend them for sure!

I have nothing but good things to say! I needed a last minute service done to my car and they handled the job with no problem. Kudos to Zack for being a real stand up guy and getting me back on the road. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend. Fixed a vibration problem that I had taken to the dealer to fix on multiple occasions. They also confirmed that my wheels arent bent like the dealership said they were. They fixed my problem for less than $35 where they dealer wanted to charge me over $1500!!

Later they also helped my parents save $200+ on a repair the dealership quoted them. My mom even said how nice and professional everyone is. We obviously will both be back!

Amazing service, very honest. Lenny was very courteous, my car was finished on time (and even a few dollars less than quote). Although I was only having my tires balanced and rotated, another customer was wanting to make an appointment for new brakes...he told her the brakes were in good shape, no need to replace. Many shops would charge her for brakes she didn't need (and maybe other services she didn't need).
I believe the management here may be new, so hope they keep the enthusiasm and great service.

I came in from out of time with a tire that had lost pressure throughout the travel. I wasn't able to get and appointment with GMC.The store manager and Zac brought my truck right in with no problem serviced my truck with excellent service and no wait time.

Went in with a flat tire because they offer free tire repair. David was great! The manager on duty was very nice as well. My tire wasn't able to be repaired but I did get 2 new tires at a great price. I also decided to get an oil change while I was there. Service was excellent and fast. I will be back when my car needs servicing. Much cheaper and faster than the dealership. Great online coupons available.

Not only is the manager extremely hospitable and friendly, the service is lightning fast and they will now have many parts and tires that other companies don't due to being recently sponsored by a large supply company. This place deserves more business. I can tell they really do care.

Mr.Tire has always provided exceptional service. They get you in and out very quickly. They never disappoint. The customer service is phenomenal. This is the only place I go to now for my car service.Keep up the great work!
