AT&T Store

Shar was super friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in the door! She greeted us and had a smile on her face. She got us in and out and taken care of in a timely manner! Will be back. Thank you!!!

Shar was very helpful and Sara was also hilarious with her positive energy. Highly recommend this place of business for all my AT&T needs.

They also had good snacks.

Customer service was great! We were attended to right away and Keisha was awesome. She was professional, kept us engaged and even made us laugh. She resolved everything we went to the store for. I would recommend this store and I would recommend Keisha to anyone. I would definitely be going back to this store.

I dropped my phone at the beach and I had to come in today to work something out to get a new phone and when I walked into the building the I was greeted with welcoming open arms by the worker named Kim and I just gotta say she was a pleasant help to get me back up and running and was able to get me a new iPhone 13. I loved how communicative Kim was and how helpful she was even if there was people waiting she made sure to get to everyone that she could . Kim is definitely a hard working and I praise her for her work and will be returning if I run into any issues of any kind.

John and lessta were amazing. John you should be a corporate trainer...you are absolutely the best problem and solutions solver at the store. Thank you for everything John. I am almost there with all my solutions.

Deja had amazing customer service skills and she was able to meet all of my phone service needs. I appreciate her for that good customer service is hard to find. From my experience this store has a very high turn over no one last over six months my hope is she stays and is compensated with a raise.

Kim was absolutely wonderful and helped me with my new phone! It was the best experience I've ever had at any at&t store.

I visited this store 2 times in the same day and there was 1 employee there, Devon, I believe is her name. There was a couple getting several things done ahead of me so I had the opportunity to wait- and observe. I watched this thing woman greet every customer through the door, let them know there was a wait, apologize and keep her cool while dealing with multiple tasks. She entertained my questions, made suggestions and never seemed annoyed (not even with the customers ahead of me so were literally they're when I came in and there when I left the second time (hours between my visit).
I jokingly did when I came in, wow y'all still here now you owe her lunch and I was serious.
When you deal with employees that actually show up and show out (i.e do the job well) they deserve something from us. I ended up leaving again to file a claim to get my screen replaced but I had to take a minute to say Thanks Devon (forgive me if that's misplelled) but you're awesome.
The store was clean and accomodable, I do recommend this location
