I love Journeys I have always shopped there for my shoe needs..normally I purchase Docs ..Vans or Chucks... I was pleasantly surprised I was able to find tennis for work... I found a pair of New Balance that I love their very comfortable as I have to walk a lot at work...the staff was very friendly very knowledgeable...I highly recommend them...

Called looking for a specific shoe. The person on the phone was very pleasant when answering the phone. Immediately when to look for what I needed and told me exactly what was available. Great Customer Service. Will definitely call them first when i have a need!

Place was packed with people. And the simple shoes were just to expensive for my blood.
But looks like a nice place to shop if the money is right!
