Kroger

I do a lot of Kroger pickup. Simply because I have a 3 year old and it’s way easier and faster for us. I’m not from here but since being here since my spouse works out of state have used this Kroger for pickup. The last few times using this Kroger pickup i was approached with some rude workers who didn’t really come off polite. Today I came to pick up my groceries and NATASHA was so respectful polite and so bubbly!! She went above and beyond with explaining my purchase and the savings. I truly hope to see her again before going back home on my next order!! She deserves a raise for sure!!❤ Every place of business deserves a Natasha!

pronounced Le Crō Jér é. you can generally find anything you are looking for in here (about that icw cream though). they are very thorough. I have only been on 5 isles or less TBH.

I’ve been using this store over 20 yrs.
I have found the staff to provide excellent customer service.
Recently had a horrible mixup with a prescription being transferred from another pharmacy.
Everyone involved dropped the ball!
Everyone except this Kroger pharmacy tech.
The medicine is crucial for treating a serious heart condition.
Did not want to skip a day much less a week dealing with other pharmacy on the phone.
The pharmacy tech that helped us provided a week supply till we got things straightened out.
Yes, they have earned my trust.

Lynnwood Plaza is my short list hurry up store but the store also has some of my favorite things that aren't available at the other store I shop at. When I've needed help the people are always very kind, friendly and helpful. Kyle is my favorite person, he reaches the Tazo in the top shelf for me. I don't even have to ask and clearly Kyle doesn't even have to be on duty to help me. He's tall and so kind. I haven't gone to a cashier's register to check out in years. I leave the cashiers for people who can't ring up their purchases. When I use self check my items are always perfectly bagged. All my cold stuff, breads, various rooms, are bagged so I don't have to fumble through the bags to put stuff away at home. Nice and saves me a lot of work. I also put the cold stuff on one side of my car and the not cold stuff on the other side of my car. If I'm rushed or busy I know where the cold stuff is so I can get it put away quickly. I love self check, makes everything so much easier. I quit doing pickup at the other store because 'outs' are routine and substitutions are poorly chosen. I can't make Philly cheese steaks with Hawaiian rolls! At Kroger I don't have that problem, I get what I've ordered every time. I don't like shopping and anything that makes it right the first time with less effort is how I do it. That's my Kroger!

Nice friendly staff and very helpful! My stepmom just recently broke her foot and two places and has to wear a boot and can't walk, I can't remember the associate's name sadly but he was very kind to bring a motorized shopping cart for her. And was kind enough to help her out with putting her groceries in her car!

They usually have fresh fruit and bread when my mom and I go to the store. She's not great at picking up fresh produce...how I survived to 20 really was a miracle. Love you, momma.

My experiences at Kroger since moving to Jackson in 1986 have always been very pleasant. The Managers have been very friendly and helpful when I've had a problem with a product in the store, the check-out clerks are nice, the workers at the self check out stations are very helpful and friendly. Overall I would give the Kroger Store in Jackson TN. a A+.

If there were 20 stars I would give that to Kroger. Love my home town store that I frequent. The savings of course is my main concern and that makes it a joy knowing I will get quality and savings. With the Kroger products that cant be beat and my pharmacy and gas savings no need to shop any where else. The staff is also very friendly and ready to assist in anyway they can that goes along way with me too. Thank you Kroger love being a "KROGER GIRL". "ALLSMILES"

Wonderful store, fantastic friendly neighborhood vibe, chock-full of organic food at deal prices!!!! I drive over an hour once a month just to shop there. Staff is super friendly and helpful every time!!

I love this Krogers! Sometimes they may run short of an item, but they go out of their way to stock up and accommodate. My husband and I love the European items...he is a British subject and I am from new orleans...they stock all our favorite items!

I can always count on Kroger. They carry a great selection of food not just from here in the states but also from other countries. My grandchildren enjoy trying the different cuisines .

They had NON-DAIRY Reddi Wip!!! They only had 7 left though. Sorry, I had to but those 7. Hopefully they will restock and keep them in stock. I would like to see the Coconut Reddi Wip option to arrive there as well. For Vegan friendly grocery options Kroger is great choice opposed to higher priced "Specialty" shops. Even the Kroger Brand products that are vegan friendly actually have "Vegan" printed on the back. Thanks to Kroger, Vegan Living is getting a little bit easier and a little more affordable.

I shop at Krogers regularly, I always have a positive experience at the Lynnwood location. Outside of the occasional products that are out I never had any issues with Kroger. I would recommend anyone to use this location.

Love shopping here, don't have to deal with to many people. Plus, they have a great selection on gluten free products!

Jasmine in customer service is super sweet and was very helpful. I would recommend going to her for anything. She was a big help!!

The gente in the meat dept that waited on me was very engaging, helpful, and funny. It was a please to get my metas and fish from him
