I absolutely love Belk Store, it has everything! I loved walking around and deciding what to get. It is a great shopping place for sure! I had a great time.

After arriving at this mall, found JCP didn't open until 11 AM. I found Belk open. So happy I found some good deals. Christmas shirts only $7 and a beautiful sweater at $17.99. JCP lost a buyer today!

Huge selection to shop from. Employees are very friendly and hardworking. I highly recommend shopping here. 💯👍🏻

Great Black Friday sales and nice saleslady.

I ordered online to pick up in store. After I had completed my order I realized they had other styles in stock of the item I had just ordered. I had went in expecting to have to go through hoops to return and a big hassle but no it wasn't. I had shopped real quick and found what I really had my heart set on as I made my way to the in-store pick up point. The lady there not only took care of my previous online order but she did the whole return and applied it to what I had found while I was waiting. Don't know her name but thanks so much!!! It was greatly appreciated!!! 😊

An hour drive for me, but worth it for the prices on good clothes

Just passing through and stopped to see if this store was different from the others.. Answer was yes.. selection was slim customer service horrible.

This is my 1st time at this particular Belk store. Everything seemed to be on cell and the Clearance and that was great! I Am only able to shop this store when I travel out of town. But it's always worth a stop! Their stores always neatly arranged clean and I like the quality of their products. They are medium priced until they have a sale and then it's Extremely good.

Nice, friendly store. Excellent Men's big and tall section. Sales happening daily. They need to improve selection in men's shoes. All workers I ran across were friendly, asking if I needed help finding something. I live an hour away from store but will gladly make the trip again and again.

CSR's were very helpful. Unfortunately what we were looking for they did not have in stock. Every store we shopped in ... no one had them. We did find things we needed.

One of myost favorite places to shop ! It's always a very pleasant experience there and staff are friendly and helpful ! I can always find my size and things I really like for me and my family at very affordable prices and great deal with good sales there !

Love Belk! This fall I found so many items I absolutely had to have! Many animal print tops and thr most buttery soft leggings ever. I would say my favorite brand at Belk is Wonderly Studios! Nice and helpful employees and a very nice atmosphere

This is a new found love for me! I must have been sleeping on Belk but my eyes are open now. My initial encounter with Belk was in Franklin, TN and I truly enjoyed the experience! The prices are comparable and great and the items are very nice. There is always a sale. However, this location in Jackson, TN is much smaller than the one in Franklin, TN and with that certain items may or may not be in both locations. And that can be dissappointing but again the experience was super nice at both!

Great place to shop. Belk has a great selection of items and sales the reps are pleasant. When your millennial daughters love to shop there as much as you do you know it's a great store.
