Have been there several times when visiting over the years. Last time I visited there was a large black lady I had never seen before. She was so rude to an elderly woman I wanted to press charges myself. She screamed at her and called her names. She has terrible anger issues. I tried to talk to the older lady in the parking lot but she was crying at this point and just wanted to leave. I told my family to never stop at this store for any reason. If she had issues with her she did not handle it in a good way at all.

This place has some the most raciest cashier's I've ever seen. I clearly scene the guy before me and after me pay for gas with their debt card but for some reason I when I get up to pay for my snacks plus gas, they don't accept cards 🤔 Wait What? It's sad this lady felt she needed to act that way still in the day and age but I mean I am a king so I understand the hate. I'll pump my gas else shidddd ✊🏾

To the cashier woman at the Trent Rd Fuel Market last night, ma'am I do believe that is not the job for you. Store was closing at 8pm; 4 men walked in right around 755 to buy handfuls of Gatorade & snacks. 1st you complained because they had so many items & you were out of bags, they didn't mind they said they could carry their things. 2nd when one of them remembered something he ran back down an aisle to grab it & you snapped "well I guess I won't be getting out of here by 8pm to go home & watch my stories!". They apologize for holding up your night & say they just needed some snacks for their hotel because they've just finished a 36hr shift! They are here from Kentucky helping with hurricane clean up. You didn't care, you didn't offer any thank yous for helping or any sorry's for being rude & ungrateful. Any other night you would have been stuck at work until 10-11pm! Did you ever think if it wasn't for people like these guys who have come from all over to HELP our community you may not even have your power back or be able to watch your stories when you got home?! Can't stand the rudeness I've seen during the aftermath of #Florence when we should all be helping each other! Nobody knows what the next person is going through, dealing with or has lost! Now is NOT the time to be rude, ungrateful & unappreciative! #RantOver

Terribly rude customers service. We won't go again even though it is very convenient to where I just moved. Won't honor sale sign hanging directly in front of product. You can't pay for the gas at the counter even though the pump says "see cashier". The b tells you you have to pay at the pump. They won't be seeing any more of my $. 9/28 15:49:34. Unbelievable.

Highly dramatic environment. (Not in a good way.)
