What an amazing Realo pharmacy! They treat you with care and respect, wanting to help with the best products for each person. Dana is wonderful, really kind and friendly. She is very knowledgeable about natural wellness products. Cathy also works at the front counter and they both truly want to help with the best products for each person. Highly recommend this store!!! Plus they are combined with Carolina home medical that has a huge selection of home care products, like walkers, scooters, recliners and all kinds of helpful gadgets so older people can stay in their homes. Love this store!

This place is wonderful(Carolina Colours) Before we moved, I used the one on Martin Luther King Blvd. and Kevin and the crew there were amazing. Then I started using the one in our neighborhood and they are awesome. I would like to know, what is it that you offer or ask for, when running a ad for Help Wanted ????? Where do you find these people???? Y'all find the cream of the crop!! I have been a Manager for 29yrs and I would love to know where we're these people hiding!!!! Wonderful company. Excellent service. I have been a customer for about 20 years. Mr. Paul will go out of his way to make everyone happy. They are very quick to fill prescriptions, much faster than other pharmacies. I recommend this location.

🌹 I really love this pharmacy better than any pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. They are so knowledgeable, helpful, so friendly, mannered, professional and speedy with prescriptions and the correct amounts in each prescription! The delivery service here is A++ and always here the time they say and sometimes earlier which is great, especially if you are feeling bad or sick‼ I wouldn't go anywhere else now ever! 🌹

I've been getting my prescriptions filled at Realo on Commerce Drive since they first opened many years ago. They are very friendly and are concerned about my prescription needs they always take time to explain any new prescriptions and answer any questions or concerns I may have. If you're searching for a great pharmacy that will take great strides to make sure you're safe and comfortable with the service they provide then this is the pharmacy for you. Superb pharmacists and a friendly staff all under one roof waiting to serve you.

I relocated to New Bern from Central New York state. My fiance' has used this pharmacy for many years and recommended I use them. I haven't gotten a new Doctor in town yet but needed a refill on a prescription I had up in NY. I first dealt with a pharmacy associate named Tammy who called my former pharmacy in Syracuse, NY and was able to have the script transferred to Realo. When I used the refills up she then telephoned my former health care provider in Syracuse and got a new script written to hold me over for 90 days until I can get set up with a Doctor here in New Bern. When I stopped back to the store to check on my script I met Trey Paul and he advised me the status of my prescription and explained the process to me in depth. I am extremely impressed with the amount and quality of customer service I have received from Realo and both Tammy and Trey Paul. Being new to the area and at times 'lost' due to not knowing my way around yet - it is reassuring to know I have a great place to go for health care supplies. Keep up the superb service Realo and I'll be back to do business with you.

This is the best pharmacy in New Bern, NC. The staff is very nice and professional. You can walk in with a prescription and it doesn’t take them 10 minutes and you’re walking out the door. They have plenty of pharmacists working behind the counter. An employee to handle the window and usually 2 employees at the registers. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I just brought my client in to buy a walker. We had so much fun with the staff here. We were laughing and having a good time. They took the time to show my client how to use her walker. We needed this so she felt comfortable with her new piece of equipment. Loved it.

Realo has been filling our prescriptions for a number of years, and I'm always amazed by their staff. They are almost always busy, but are so friendly and helpful that you feel like their only customer. It's a pleasure to do business with them.

I went here for a year or so for my medication and the staff was always friendly, and they always had my medication filled on time. If there was an issue such if they were out of stock. They can normally get the med the next day. Higly recommend this realo and any other for that matter.

I have nothing but GOOD things to report about your company. I love it when I walk into the Bridgeton store and they all say "Hi Ms. Johnson". I love that they know me and all of my medical issues and always make sure my needs are met. The respiratory division handles my sleep APNEA problem very well. I also like that if I have a prescription need and I am in Greenville, I can just pop into that location and they communicate with the Bridgeton location. My go-to store is the Bridgeton store. I appreciate the staff, they are always happy and ensure my needs are met. Thank you all for going the extra mile - always!

This is by far the best Pharmacy !!!! I will not go anywhere else and I will drive 30 minutes to pick up a script from them before I ever go anywhere else closer.
