Kristy Bennett from the Norton Agency in Habersham County, Georgia is the best! We have been through 5 real estate transactions with her over the past 10 years. We are currently living out of state and looking to return to north Georgia. Kristy has been our eyes and ears checking houses for us and providing an honest opinion because she cares. Barbara Rhodes is amazing and extremely patient! She walked property with me and later with my wife too. Barbara was never pushy. She consistently left the decision in our hands. She used her contacts to arrange for a driveway expert to walk a property with us and she joined in that conversation. She walked three properties with us before we finally purchased one. Kristy Ivester Bennett is with out a doubt, the best real estate agent on the planet. First of all several years ago when I lost my mother, she helped me during my time of grief by helping me place my moms home on the market. Kristy was so nice and respectful, she went over and beyond to help me, this was the first time I experienced the selling of a home. She was always on time when she came to her appointments at the house, never once rescheduled a time. This past year the Ebenezer Baptist Church located in Mt. Airy, had some property which we had been holding on to for about 20+ years, we finally decided to sell the property, so I called Kristy, and she once again was the best, walking the church through the selling process. My realtor at the Clarkesville, GA office was Barbara Rhodes. It took a long time (several months, in fact) for me to find the house that gave me the feeling that this was home.
