I sit on a HOA board and we needed 4 townhouse roof shingles replaced. We received 6 quotes from other vendors. Ameristar was not the cheapest but we decided to us them. We are very pleased with their crews, care to detail, and discussing any issues under the shingles. From sales to the onsite manager they were very professional presenting and completed the work above expectations.

Ameristar was selected to perform a roof replacement project for a Condominium Association because of their professional reputation, competitive bids and remarkable integrity and motivation.

The Project Manager, Irvin Lora, notably exceeded expectations. Irvin and his team provided consistent 5-star level results each and every time. When conflict was imminent their team always provided quick, effective resolutions while demonstrating their extensive knowledge, expertise and professionalism.

As a Manager of communities, working with this company was enjoyable because their efforts and forward thinking made the experience seamless. They handled notices to the community prior to the start of the project and also daily communication to the affected residents door to door, and cleaned up daily. The A-team was easily accessible, methodical and organized.

During the final walk through, seeing the happy faces of the owner board members and hearing the contentment repeatedly was gratifying and a perfect ending. The finished product is a true depiction of night and day. The new roofs are easily visible when entering the community. It gives the community a more polished look and residents are visibly content.

Ameristar stands behind their work and it shows. These qualities in large companies are absolutely essential but rare.

Ameristar installed a new roof in 2019 for our condominium property. I was not on the Board at the time but started to get complaints of owners having leaks. Upon investigation, we were dismayed to see the drains not working properly. After many discussions, Ameristar agreed to replace all 10 drains at no charge under the warranty. As a new Board member, I learned that we were responsible for properly maintaining the roof which may have fallen through the cracks from our previous management company. I would like to thank everyone at Ameristar for stepping up and helping us solve this dilemma. Special thanks to everyone involved but especially Amanda and Jose who worked extra hard! Hats off to Ameristar.

My/our HOA IN DECATUR elected Ameristar for our roof replacement project last week. From the Chief Supervisor's (Brandon) preliminary meeting in which details of the 2 day project were explained, to the job done itself, I find Ameristar to be none less than a high 4++/5 Star rating. The professional quote and the details of the job were explained very well, and now, as the final product has been delivered and installed, I will definitely recommend this company for roofing needs. Attention to details (ESPECIALLY prep, clean-up, timely responses to inquiries/communication) are managed very efficiently. I was most impressed with the entire project's smooth operation; the supervisor/chief, Brandon is very professional and is able to run a very tight ship! USE THIS COMPANY!

This company was great to work with. They were very thorough when it came to every detail of the roof installation on our business. The crew that performed the work was very professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after the job and the only reason you could tell they were their was our beautiful new roof. Thank you! Please don't give LK's negative review of AmeriStar any weight. The company was out to fix an issue for one of her neighbors. She wasn't involved in the situation and the neighbors who had the repair done seemed to be pleased.

LK is critical of all the vendors our community uses. She's not on the Board or involved in any bid or selection process. I'm sorry LK has taken it upon herself to review companies she hasn't personally hired.

Additionally, Ameristar just completed 3 buildings for our community and the engineer who does our reserve study came by during the project. He was pleased with the materials used and the work being done.

I have done business with this company for two years and have the utmost respect for their professionalism, hospitality, and honesty. I think these three qualities go a long way in building long term clients and partners therefore I highly recommend them!

Ameristar Roofing is a great company with great people.

Illegally overtook me on double yellow lines when I was going the speed limit. After that, they proceeded to tail the guy ahead, leaving no more than 5 feet between them. If their patience on the road is that poor, just imagine how they’ll treat you. Imagine the quality of their work if they can’t even bother to use turn signals. A total shame.
