I came here to get a new ID card and went to 2nd floor with no problem! Got a ticket number and I was called up as soon as I arrived . Very quick service. Everyone was nice .

Fast friendly service. I was expecting the exact opposite of what I got. Friendly happy face greeting, helpful, let me run to my vehicle when I forgot my card without having to wait again. Super good! Way better than the other places in town.

Honestly, best DMV experience. Super fast, efficient, and friendly. I live in Kansas City where the DMV offices are a hellscape and haven't been able to get anything done, so I thought I'd try the Springfield office while down visiting family. Very glad I did ☺

After reading some of the reviews, i was a bit worried - but I had a good experience. I encountered helpful and hard working people. I went early during the day and there was not much of a line. I noticed there is a lot of computer/paper work that has to be done for each person - so i would guess if the line was long it might take a while to be helped. Please be respectful, in this and in all things. When you act respectfully, people will often act respectfully in return.

Had a great experience today at the dmv. Sounds weird but I was in and out in a timely manner and was treated well and fairly. Great job and thank you 😊

Good people and easy to find location. Only downside is parking but there is plenty if you can walk a block or two.

This location was super fast. I got in and out in less than 5 minutes with new tags for my car

I wouldn't say my visit was QUICK but it definitely wasn't long.
I waited in line maybe 10 minutes. And it turns out... I didn't have everything I needed to get my new tags! The initial girl who helped was very polite and gave me the resources I needed to get it done while I was there. The longest part of the visit was waiting for a fax to come through from Dade county.
The second girl was quick to pick up where the other left once the fax came in (she was with another patron) and I quickly finished after that.
Thanks ladies for making my visit and pain free as possible!

This is the third time I've been here recently. Very smooth and quick every time. I've been to license bureaus all over the place including other states and this office is always top notch. Very nice and extremely helpful. Can't say so much about any of the others I've been to. Thank you to all the employees at the Downturn Springfield office.

It was quick reasonable cost and the service was friendly and accurate.

One of the nicest and most professional DMVs I’ve been to. The officers/ staff were so patient, understanding, and knowledgeable.
I was in and out in 15-20 minutes for my permit test. Will be back for the driving test. I hope other DMVs operate the way they do here. 10/10!

I brought my son here a year ago for his drivers permit test, and then again today for his drivers license test, and each time the testing staff and the state highway patrol officers were awesome!! Friendly, courteous, respectful and kind. When my son made a mistake, they took the time to explain what he did wrong. We are so appreciative in the professional manner they conducted themselves! Thank you!

I've had to deal with licensing, registration, and testing here the last month and all has been seamless. There's not hardly any wait, and as long as you bring everything you need then you're in and out quick. Even witnessed someone act like a total Karen the last visit, and the staff handled it better than I ever would. Act humane and they will do the same.

There wasn't very many in there this time everybody was very nice the person I spoke to was a very nice young lady I appreciated their help

Truth is I never went in my daughter's 19 she went in to take her driver's test I refused to go in because I was not wearing a mandated mask. And you can't really condemn me for it because at least I didn't go in. could you please wish my daughter luck on her next driver's test.? Thank you very much

The employees are truly eager to make it easy to get what you need. It took less than 10 minutes to renew my tags! Very refreshing to see this type of service in our world today.

Compared to literally any other license bureau ive ever been to, this one was the fastest and most friendly. I had to go there 3 times in one day due to needing more money and not having the correct paper work needed to do what I wanted done and o spent maybe 20 mins in there in total. I will never go to a different location.

I was confused- it looked like a DMV. They did the things a DMV did. But there wasn't much of a wait and everyone was friendly and professional. I'm considering making this place my monthly hangout.
