Stick It In Your Ear

That’s cool little record shop in the middle of downtown Springfield. But I loved about this place was that they had everything categorized by either genres or alphabetically. They had some collectors vinyl that were a little too rich for my blood. But, I found plenty from the 70s for great prices. We hit it on the way back home so I didn’t get to spend a lot of time there. Can’t wait to get back and give it an hour to go over all the selections.

I had a very enjoyable time here looking through the albums. It's always been a go-to staple for me when looking for new vinyl. It was also nice enough to help me look for my sunglasses that I lost. Which we did find.

My guys Dylan and Craig always take care of me. They live when I take them the good stuff and they always go out of their way to help me find what I’m looking for. Sometimes they don’t have it.. but that’s ok. Other times it will be. Been dealing with these guys personally for two years. Couldn’t find a couple more dudes any more passionate about music.

I came here yesterday for Record Store Day Black Friday and had an amazing experience! I got to the store around 5 a.m. and was surprisingly only 3rd in line. The communication leading up to the event was amazing and all of my questions were answered. They also worked together with Gailey's to make sure we had warm food and drinks due to the weather and around 7, they started allowing people in to use the bathroom which I found very considerate. They even knew who I was from our emails and let me know they had everything I was there for. I got all 4 records I was looking for and the man working even rushed back to get me a copy of one I had accidentally walked past. I was in and out in what felt like a few minutes. There really is something for everyone there from vinyls to cassettes to wall posters, etc. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be back for future releases!

We have been going through albums. Eric has been great to work with. Going to take my Grandson to get some albums. Also his wife makes really cool earrings which I am proudly wearing😉

i always love coming here when i’m in the area! they have a huge selection of vinyls, dvd, cassettes, cds, shirts, hats, you name it! and it’s all so well organized it makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for, and the staff are super helpful and friendly. highly recommend to any music lover in the 417

Went here a few months ago and forgot to leave a review but place is freakin awesome they have cds of all types from any genre. Loved their metal sections will definitely be back when we’re in town again!

It's been a long minute since i have been to Stick It You Ear. I'm glad I did today! It's exactly the same. The mood is chill, and all tunes are right in front of you! And in the medium, you like the best - well, i mean, i didn't look for 8-Tracks, but they are probably there somewhere! CD'S, vinyl, posters, band t-shirts, show bill posters going way back. Thanks, Eric and crew! Go buy and check it out, then eat downtown!

Friendly staff VERY ORGANIZED, I was asked if I was looking for something in particular and had a nice little conversation with the staff about my purchase.

We always look for vinyl shops on road trips. This was a good stop! The employee said they will have been open 30 years so you know they are doing something right.
I particularly enjoy when there is a good mix of new & used in a shop. Then different options based on condition. Sometimes you have the choice of sealed vintage or used and at a great price. Be sure to remember to look at the boxes below the tables too.
There are also other typical stuffs like band swag and smoking accessories.
Only other thing if you are unfamiliar with the area the parking lot behind the store they may charge you to park in. (YMCA or something)

This place is right out of a movie....great selection...three super friendly stoners behind the counter...really reasonable prices. Lots of glassware for sale...recommend highly (pun intended)

I love Stick it in your Ear! I buy all my vinyls from here. The workers are amazing! They have a wonderful selection and know a lot about everything. They’re even wonderful to non paying customers. The workers are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met and I couldn’t love this store more! I recommend everyone going here!

Their vinyl supply is something you would dream about in your own dream… so like a super dream… filled with fantastic happiness and 12” magic discs that come down from the blue sky to greet your ears with pure musical bliss. If you are reading this and don’t get it, that’s because you aren’t ready… and probably haven’t been to Stick It In Your Ear. I would suggest to you then that you need to get over yourself and finally start a life of enchanted delight. I really can’t explain it any better than that.
