The Hale Summer Kitchen is a gem. It was relocated from the original location, just east of here. It's in a park like setting, that has plenty of open space, a little creek, a bridge. It is along the busy Janesville Road, but the traffic noise is tolerable. There is plenty of signage and information to help you understand summer kitchens in general, and the people who originally built this one, and the people that were able to save, relocate and restore this one. Simply delightful.
