I went here last week to get some passports. First trip is at 9 AM, we get there they say the passport pictures are too light. (No worries, went go take better pictures), we get back and they say that we need a money order. I was not bothered by needing a money order, I was more concerned that nobody had mentioned the payment options earlier that morning when they knew I was coming back. So I leave again to get the money order, when I get back to finish and hopefully send off my paperwork, a now new lady who is helping me in the back says every thing looks good I just have to sign for authenticity. The line she told me to sign, I second guessed myself because it did not say signature, it said courrier - so I reassured myself by pointing to the line and asking her and she said yes. I signed said line & not even an hour after leaving the courthouse I get a call saying I need to come back because the line she told me to sign was the wrong line. At this point this is my fourth time commuting to the same building in the past 6 hours when I was told that every thing is taken care of and ready to be sent off. People make mistakes, but my last trip could have been easily avoided if she was more attentive while helping me fill out my paperwork instead of talking to coworkers. I had to ask her several times for help with filling out the money order before realized I needed assistance. Next time I will just make the trip across the river to the EBR clerk of court instead of making several trips to my local one that apparently does not have it together.
