Hubben’s Supermarket

The service and the people here are very nice and always look out for their customers needs. I am very impressed with the way the supermarket is run and the management down to the actual team is awesome. I am on unbiased in my opinion I do not work here but I highly recommend this grocery. The deli is very good here. The breakfast is awesome and the staff that works in the entire store will help when needed. They've got a good variety of stuff in some stuff that other places may not have. It's not the biggest selection on everything because it's not a very large store, but for the area it's got everything you need. I once lost my keys here and they even held them till I got back without knowing who they belong to. Very nice people. Honest and almost like too. Good to be true. Thank you for having a wonderful store.

Great little grocery store!! The cashiers could be a little more pleasant but overall a really good place to shop especially if you’re in a hurry to get and out of somewhere.

I like shopping at Hubbens, it's local and family oriented, the employees are very helpful and friendly. I recommend anyone to stop by and shop .

This is one of our community grocery stores and for the most part they have reasonable prices and pleasant employees. Drop in if you want to keep the local grocer store alive. Walmart isn't the cheapest for the best quality in every case. Sometimes paying a little more at a local grocer market gets you better quality food or volume for the price. Let's keep our money in American founded, local grounded community businesses. Support the mom and pop shops still struggling.

Hubben's had a nice atmosphere but there prices are too high. So if u are looking to spend less or just get good priced items. You won't get them here.

Wonderful every single time. Worked there for years and even when I worked there I could say the same. Wonderful food wonderful choices.. And then you can have sushi there. They sell it. Smoothies and milkshakes. Fresh cut cheese has cold meats deli food and more. I would recommend to absolutely anyone. The place is soo cleaned and everyone is so nice. The atmosphere is just prefect. They also do catering of any kind. They have king cakes! Their cookies are mouth watering! Cupcakes! Cakes! Flowers! They have flowers! They make gift baskets of any kind. You need boxes? They've got you. They also have balloons. And honestly you can talk to the owner and the managers and get anything you really want if you just talked to them time to time. I have even heard of them selling live crawfish! Now.. I am not entirely sure if they still do this.. but I know a few years back they did! They will most definitely take care of you, the owners and managers.

Full disclaimer: I'm dating family of the owner. I enjoy hubbens, it's a nice local grocery store with the local touch. The workers are usually polite and helpful. One of those down home, bring your grocery to your car kinda place.

Love that I don't have to drive pass the inter-coastal to get groceries. Clean store. They keep updating products. Which I like. This store has nice helpful employees, who put your bags in your car for you. Fast service. Decent lunch deli.

The people are what brings you back
Never mind the prices are a little high, you can't go anywhere and find the warmth and friendly people. I have never had a bad experience in this store. Every body is smiling and happy and friendly. No one ever acts like you are a bother to them.

Hubbens is a family friendly store. There prices are a bit on the high side but there meat is to die for. I would not purchase any of my meats from another store and prices on the meats usually are very decent fair prices and they have great sales on it too. So if u want good fresh not break the bank meats shop at hubbens or one of there other stores.

They keep shucked raw oysters and that is enough for a five-star rating from me lol! The employees are very nice and they have a great selection of food.

Staff is always nice and they have a great selection for a home town grocery store. They also don't have crazy long wait times at the registers so I enjoy shopping here.

This is a little gem of a find!! If you don't wanna go to a big chain store and you are around the port allen area definitely come here for some groceries. A little more expensive then the normal walmart but quality meat and produce! Great find

I really like these old school grocery stores. This is what I grew up with, and it brought back a lot of memories. They got me through hurricane Ida when everything in Baton Rouge was sold out.

Great service good people small home town store prices are high but it's ok
