When I tell you, you cannot go wrong coming here. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous and do not rush just to get you in and out. The quality of their work is phenomenal. I never have a problem. I have been coming out here now for three years, and when I tell you literally, every visit has been a pleasure that’s exactly what it’s been.

Love coming here for our nail needs. The staff is always polite, highly skilled, and goes above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable. I brought my mother today and they doted on her for even the simplest things to make sure she was comfortable.

Just got my nails done by Ava and she is AMAZING!!! I wanted a design but have to keep my nails really short and she was able to do a mini version of the design I wanted! I’m so happy with my nails and I can’t wait to go back!

I recently visited Rich's Nail Salon and had an exceptional experience. The technicians who worked on my nails and pedicure were absolutely fantastic. The man who did my nails and the woman who did my pedicure were incredibly gentle and took their time to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the process. Unlike my previous experiences at other salons, they were attentive and focused on providing a top-notch service without causing any discomfort. It's clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients' well-being. I've had unfortunate experiences at other salons in the area where I've been cut or burned during treatments, and the results were subpar. However, at Rich's Nail Salon, I was treated with the utmost care and professionalism. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a truly exceptional and pain-free nail and pedicure experience.

Literally LOVED my experience. Had a pedi and full set. Sweet older lady did my toes and she took her time which I loved! So kind and did a wonderful job! Miss T did my nails and they have been the best nails that I have ever had! I had an inspo pic and she made my nails even better! The shape, which I’m particular about, was absolutely amazing! This was my first time here and def won’t be my last!!!

I've been going to Richz for about three years now so I figured I should leave a review after seeing ALL these negative ones. This has been the best salon I've found in my 10 years living here. Tracey, Hannah, Sandy, Tee, Ashley, the whole staff is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful when I go in. I've never had an issue with anything, AND if I do I bring it up at the time I'm there and it's fixed. Any design I've ever brought to Tracey she's been able to apply to my nails. Cruise, Disney, Fall, Christmas, anything. It's definitely worth the price and this will ALWAYS be my go to salon.

I enjoyed my pedicure. She paid attention to the details that I needed a good scrubbing on the bottom of my feet because it had been almost a year since I had a pedicure due to working a lot. My feet are as smooth as a baby's bottom now and my toes look so cute!

I have been going to Richz since they opened in the plaza. They have always had the best customer service and they have become like family friends of mine. I live in Newton County and I’ve tried other places since I’ve moved but the top tier service I receive at Richz just doesn’t compare. I will continue to drive over an hour to make sure my nails are done the way I like them. Thank you Richz Family

Quickest service I ever received and my nails are on point, it wasn’t rushed it was just done correctly in a very short amount of time I will definitely be back!

I love love love Richz Nails! I always get mine done with Tracy and she never disappoints, I love that I can have a picture of what I want to get done and she does it exactly like the picture, ever since I got my nails done with her the first time I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Their customer service is amazing. Tracy does an amazing job. Others in Rich’z Nails do a wonderful job as well because I have had the pleasure of them doing my nails also. I’ve been to other establishments and this one is the best to ME hands down.

I absolutely love this gem! I went a few years back on my birthday to get a pedicure (I chose it because it was close to where we had lunch - what luck!) I usually don’t really enjoy pedicures, as my feet are sensitive, but I knew I needed one and hadn’t had one in a while, so I thought I’d try again. When I tell you that was the most soothing, relaxing, wonderful experience! I had never had a better pedicure in my life!
Pedicures aren’t something I get regularly by any means, but when I ended up buying open-toed shoes for my wedding this Friday, I knew EXACTLY where I wanted to get my pedicure done again! They did not disappoint - on a stressful day, they pampered my mother and me into actual relaxation (a feat I’d thought impossible this close to the big day!), they managed to smooth a callous on my foot that I genuinely didn’t think would ever disappear, and they gave me the most wonderful French tip on my toes! I was also very impressed by the waxing I received.
Sweet, efficient, talented people, excellent massage chairs, and a nice, small, quiet, relaxing space.

I’m very happy with my nails as always. Tracey is my nail tech and no matter the picture I show her or difficultly she always either mimics the design to the T or does it better than the picture. She tried the latest gel builder which in my own opinion is way better than acrylic and it is lighter and lasts longer. I’m so happy she suggested it to me and I’m very pleased. Thank you Tracey!!

This is the only nail salon I trust! I’ve never left unhappy or waited more than five minutes to be sat. Great at designs without overpricing, would definitely recommend to a friend! I won’t be going anywhere else
