Walked in while a black male employee came from back and helped me a great deal. Don't know what the man's name was but I really appreciated the help as some things were new and I'm handicapped. Thank you to the gentleman. Thank you.

I've been here a few times and each person I've had wait on me has been nice and helpful. They have a self service station for the flat rate boxes and bags. I had questions and they were helpful. I saw a negative comment about the male worker Bill. He could come off as rude but he is actually nice and helpful. You have to put yourself in the place of others before you quickly pass judgement. My only complaint is the parking since mall shoppers take up the post office spots and security does nothing about it. This location is convenient and open on Sundays!!

Good long time employees at this post office. I recognize one lady working here who used to work for years at the Crestwood Plaza location. Sometimes the line can take a little bit (not the employees fault, its usually customers who don't have their act together!) But they have always been nice and helpful to me at this location.

Been here plenty of times and they are really nice and quick with service. There are some spots in the front of the mall dedicated to post office parking. I’m usually in there 2 mins or less. I was in there a total of 5 mins with a long line around Christmas time.

Being the closest one to me that is open on Sun, I spend a lot of time here for my growing business. The two ladies who work that Sunday slot are wonderful, patient with my many questions, and friendly.

Convenient weekend hours and great service. Theresa is one of the nicest people working at the post. Love coming here.

If you are nice to the employees such as Bill and Theresa who have been working here awhile, they are really helpful.

Postal Bill and other staff are very helpful and courteous. This location has Sunday hours which is nice.

The place is convenient, inside the mall. Clerk #15 or Ahmena ( Idk if I spelled her name right), I appreciate her patience in explaining procedures not only to me but to other clients too. I finished my complicated transaction smoothly with her help. I gave four stars because she was alone on a busy Wednesday

Only one worker so negative star. She was very professional. Seemed knowledgeable. She was friendly. Yes it’s her job but it’s refreshing when people aren’t so upset at the world. We all have something going on. Just have to do one thing at a time. So thank you to her!

Edit: They have reopened starting today (Jan. 31st, 2023).

This location is temporarily closed due to a water line break in the mall on Dec. 23, 2022. There is a note inside directing patrons to their Telegraph location. There is no information about when it will be reopening.
