The staff was very friendly even with being very busy. The Dr was very knowledgeable but also admitted when his other staff member might know more than he did, as I brought in a bearded dragon, and offered to have said staff give me a call once she was back to go over any questions I still had. I feel that was going the extra step and I really appreciated it and it did help me with my questions. 10/10 recommended

I have been bringing both my cat and new puppy here, they are always on point with the care I need and communicating with us. My puppy was injured by a car and Dr. Shaw reset his fractured bone and wrapped him up nicely and is on his road to a great recovery, thank you!. Dr. Jones has also been so great with us, he’s so nice, so far they are the only doctors I’ve ment there but their offices overall energy is comforting and trustworthy. Will always bring my fur babies here.

Dr Jones and his staff are so kind. Dr. Jones even called me on a Saturday to check on my dog Tater to see how he was doing. Would highly recommend.

Can't say enough good things about how attentive, compassionate, and patient this staff is. They were never put off by my rapid fire questioning and answered and addressed every concern I had. I truly believe they provided my pet with the best quality of care possible.

Dr Philip Brown DVM has been our pet’s veterinarian for 50+ yrs. He is knowledgeable and skilled and compassionate. We brought him a feral cat today. The doctors patience and his willingness to let the cat acclimate to a new environment was noted and appreciated. (Don’t think the cat knew he got a rabies shot.) It was a good experience for all of us.

I really appreciate everything the folks at Animal Care Center have done for myself and my pets. The only thing I wish was different is that I would really love it if the staff had more training in fear-free handling practices and cooperative care. There's not many places in our area with that training, and it really would improve our experience at the vet to have that be an option.

The vets are all very knowledgeable about their specialties. They found what was causing my dog severe symptoms and helped us find solutions when no other vets we had seen had the time to commit to a complicated case like his. They were willing to let us be involved in his care in a way that let us become very knowledgeable about his needs, which has helped his health so much. Without them, he wouldn't have quality of life, and I'm so grateful to them for that.

Dr Brown and Dr Jones, well all of the vets are compassionate, caring and very knowledgeable. My toy Aussie has anxiety's and they help me to understand what is best for her care. I am so grateful for all their expertise and dedication to their care. Thank you Animal Care Clinic!!!

I’ve taken my 2 dachshund since pups. They’ve always been awesome but last night took them over the top. My youngest wire haired dachshund Tootsie showed signs of poisoning. It happened within minutes she was drooling, twitching, lethargic. It was near 5:00, they close at 6 and I’m in Cape Fair 45 minutes away. Dr. Brown said to get her there ASAP! They got us in immediately and started treatment. Dr. B was very thorough trying to get answers as to what could have happened. He figured, from a throw up sample, it could have been some carpeting and the backing from an area rug she’d chewed up earlier that day. He also followed up with me first thing in the morning and took my call immediately when I called back. Thank you so much Dr. Brown and staff for saving my Tootsie.

I love this place!!! I adopted my fur baby Hot Rod in 2019 and established care here for him. He fell really sick the end of 2021. They did everything they could and even called to check in on him!! I’m so happy to say I still have my fur baby and he is doing great!! Thank you all at ACC for everything!!! Im

The vets here are great and handle my grouchy old man Mac amazingly! I am glad I found them. Dr. Jones is patient and explains everything great!

I had a really good experience here, taking my puppy for vaccinations and microchip. I plan to use their services again in the future.

only a two day wait for a non emergency appointment. dr jones was awesome. kevin really liked him and was a good boy. the fee was reasonable. so happy to find a vet closer to home that will see small animals!

Caring and thorough! They truly love animals and are so great about explaining everything. We can't imagine taking our little family anywhere else.

Dr. Jones and the entire staff are fantastic. They're always accommodating of every want and need my pets and I have. They do amazing work and I will always take my pets here for as long as I live in Springfield. You will have a hard time finding a friendlier and more knowledgeable staff in town.

I had an emergency the second week of September and had to take one of my senior cats to an emergency vet due to it being after 9pm on a Sunday. Sadly my little old lady was too far gone (late stage kidney disease) and had to be put to sleep. I was devastated and the emotional pain of losing her is still sticking with me now.

I did not get in contact with Animal Care Center about this because it was still painful to talk about. A week after it happened, I received a letter from ACC. I was expecting it to be a shot or checkup notice for one of my cats and dreaded opening it as I realized I would have to call them to let them know Halley had passed away. After taking some time to grieve and start to recover, I finally opened it to find that the staff had signed a card and included little messages about my cat who had been put to sleep, expressing their condolences for my loss.

I still don't 100% know how they found out aside from maybe the emergency vet calling them to let them know she had been put to sleep for their records but I was still incredibly moved by the fact that they took time out of their busy schedules to print the card, sign it, and mail it out to me. It was an incredibly touching moment and it once again solidified my choice to always take my animals there any time I can. Thank you, Animal Care Center staff. That card brought tears to my eyes and proved to me that you all really do care about your clientele and their owners. Every single one of you is truly fantastic and I cannot thank you enough for doing that. I hope you all see this at some point in the future and can take pride in the fact that you honored Halley's memory and brought an adult to his knees, sobbing and thanking all of you for being so incredible.

We first started to see them with our first dog about 15yrs ago and now with our second one. All the people there are very friendly and kind. They always take their time with you so you don't feel rushed, they also explain everything and answer all your questions. When we lost our first dog, they helped us through the process, they were so caring and compassionate. We love them and will continue to bring our dog there. Thank you so much ACC, we really appreciate you and Luna does too!!!

Although my beloved dachshund Boomer was too sick to save, the whole entire staff was so compassionate and caring thru this devastating time. And the DDr.Did all he could. I am indebted to them forever. Thank you so much Animal! Care Center for all you do. I will recommend them always. 🙏

They are the most compassionate, loving group I have ever been to. We have been going there for 20+ years. Dr. Brown is bar far the sweetest, most caring man. The entire staff makes your critter feel loved. Pricing has always been moderate but you definitely get it all here.

My chihuahua mix had parvo around the age of 2. We never thought she would make it. Dr brown kept her overnight for 2 nights at the facility and he would even stop by early hrs of the morning out of his work hrs to make sure she was doing OK. We appreciated the whole team and their support. Our dog is our baby and she is still with us!

Animal Care Clinic is amazing. My dog developed a herniated disc in her back one morning that meant she was paralyzed in the lower half of her body. Even though I didn't have an appointment, this clinic got me in almost immediately (within an hour), and Dr. Jones took amazing care of my girl. Highly recommend.

Great service. They treated my feline babies with lots of love and care.
