Ace Hardware is the best! The staff is very friendly, and helpful. Especially one gentleman, David L. He helped get the right kind of screws, and even put my license plates on my car! Thank you, and God bless you.

I had an awesome experience today! I didn’t catch the first employees name, but he immediately helped me find the wheelbarrows, carried it to the front and waited in line with me! Then Nichole at the register offered my daughter a Lollipop which made her day lol. Then the gentleman carried the wheelbarrow out to my car AND took the grocery cart I had my daughter corralled in back inside. Above and beyond customer service at this location!

Nice bolt selection. Nice guy knew exactly where to find as well. Would have had the tool I needed too but looked like it was stolen... Box was there.... Contents missing.... SPFD is going downhill.

Well stocked and very good prices. People that work here are also great at helping you with what you need.

They always have what I need at a reasonable price and it doesn't take twenty minutes to get through the store.

This place is down the street from my house, I always buy items here if I can. The only time I go to Lowe's or the other places is if this particular Ace hardware doesn't have what I need

Need an odd household repair part? There is a good chance that you will find it here. In and out quick unlike the big box stores. And they have a cashier to check you out, unlike those big box stores. And if you need help finding something it's fairly easy to find it.

They almost always have what I need. They also almost always have what I want, or something I didn't know I wanted/needed. I love this place.

I shop here quite often, some of the prices are higher than a box store. They have a good variety, and it's much more convenient than those other places. The staff is fairly knowledgeable, and easy to find. The difference in price is worth it sometimes just for the fact that, you don't feel like you have gone on a day hike just to get into the store, and back to your car.

Extremely knowledgeable with some much needed advice when asking. Always enjoy looking around at all the seasonal items as in outdoor furniture, bird feeders and always have great holiday decorations. If you haven't already been there stop by it's not your average paint and tool store. It's so much more.

I really like Westlake And Hardware! I find myself here at least once a week it seems, especially in the summer months when I have several house or outdoor projects going on. I do find that they're sometimes a little more expensive than the larger box stores and they don't carry a huge selection of building materials like lumber. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and it's easy to get in and out quickly! Also they give my dog a treat every time I bring the pup!

A shout out to the best hardware store in Springfield, MO area. Today I needed expert advice on threading my PVC piping for my garden hose and the right screws to screw into the cinderblocks. Not only was the gentleman patient and kind, he knew his stuff and gave me advice and great options- took time and explained the benefits and challenges of each option. This is the norm here - a few years ago I had to replace my sink incinerator and the person there took time, explained so much to me including a few tricks on making sure it was installed properly and what to do, etc. I am grateful for such wonderful men who take time, treat you right and understand old school customer service. Thanks guys.
