I love this place! Kind, friendly, and knowledgeable staff, a very clean and aesthetically pleasing store, and efficient flow taking care of business - when I order online, I'm typically in and out in only a few minutes! They have a HUGE selection and will take time to help you choose the right products for you. 10/10, can't recommend enough!

Nick was very helpful and I like that he is a vet. Knows a lot about the products, has pride in the company, and seems to genuinely enjoy his job. I was surprised how good the service was, honestly.

I had a great experience at Fresh Karma, the Parkville location when I entered the bud tender Dexter was super helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was very clean and pleasant. Great selection with a great staff. I would recommend this dispensary to anybody looking for a good green experience.
