This place is AMAZING! especially Mario!!! We are remodeling our kitchen and I had my heart set on a specific fridge I saw here originally. Mario literally kept a look out for me for WEEKS and called and updated me on inventory and then it paid off because they got one in and he called me instantly!! The definition of customer service! We were able to get all of our new appliances here and saved so much and they look perfect! So happy! Thank you Mario!

Went to American freight on front Street looking for a bedroom set for my granddaughter and a mattress. Was greeted by Mario explained to him what we were looking for and he showed us different sets and prices and mentioned that they do have a payment plan and a protection plan which is awesome. Mario was very sweet and patient with us as we were looking around. We actually found what we were looking for and did explain to Mario that we would be back to get her living room set from him. Excellent!!! Met Mario back by the refrigerators. He helped me find the exact unit I wanted for a killer price. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes and it’s being delivered in two days. Probably the most painless appliance transaction. I’ve experienced in my 60 years of life. Definitely recommend

Went to the American Freight Facility on Front Street in Kansas City to pick up a Dryer for my son. I was greeted by Mario who processed my "pick-up" ticket. He was Friendly, Efficient and Professional. I proceeded to the Dock area to pick up the Dryer and was greeted by Mike, the Dock Worker. He also was very Friendly, Efficient and Professional. Overall a great experience due to these two individuals. I will be back.

When the insurance company did a poor job helping me Latonya McConnell stepped in and made my day. She was truly a blessing from the beginning of me talking with her. You all need more people like her. I’m blessed to have used American freight.

Great place to come deliver or pick up. Plenty of overnight parking and space to maneuver. Close to QT and Pilot truck stop. You are able to check in early but the follow appointment times.
