Have been getting nothing but exceptional customer service from this store! Brayom is always helping me find what I need and Luna is always friendly and kind! I can't forget Tariyah who helped me find lost items. There's another fellow, my age, Tom I think who is consistently friendly and helpful! I'll try to add photos as circumstances permit! I had a great experience at Home Depot. Sales associate Todd Love helped me find materials for a hand railing. He’s very knowledgeable about the store. Jasmine at the Pro desk knew exactly how to help me with my account, and she’s very nice too. Monique at the front desk was very gracious and respectful when I did a return. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this store!

Jim was fantastic. Went out of his way to help us choose the bathroom floor, tools and grout. He’s very personable and his kindness is appreciated ! We will come back to show him a video of our DIY project !

Julie Estep provided absolutely wonderful customer service. She helped me find a scratch and dent washer at a great price within my budget and much less than the retail price. I love my new washing machine and it means so much to me that Julie helped me find it.

I am so thankful to have a Home Depot that I don’t have to drive 20+ minutes for like it seems with all other big chain stores. I buy my Christmas trees here, my summer plants here, and everything in between. It’s super convenient and I have never had any trouble. They even have self checkout so you can get what you need and get out pretty easily.

Good clean Home Depot. They keep their story clean and easy to navigate with use of the app.
Needed some weed eater line and was low on cash. Their store brand fit and was a very affordable price.
The store brand worked great in my weed eater. and I intend to go back and stock up, until I misplace it over the winter again and need more next year

This branch has always been the best ,I come almost everyday and very nice people RJ and Aneisha helped me alot today and there is Yaya and Bobby too have been helpful.

Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Have had multiple problems with finding stuff and they've gone out of their way to help me every single time.

Honestly the HD in midtown is horrible but I needed a tool that only HD carries so I went to the store in Merriam and it was like night and day difference and I WILL be using this store from now on!!!!!

Went to home depot looking for black paint and a woman in that department was happy to help. Her knowledge of the paint to pick the one we wanted without breaking the bank and still marking all of our needs. Shon was her name and she definitely was a huge help and made our experience amazing.

Based on what I'm doing, home depot has been my Big help in my business

Has most tools you need reasonably priced. I greatly prefer it to lowes

I was very happy to see yet another Home Depot with a hotdog stand inside. That brought me back to growing up in Chicago, where, as a kid, I practically begged my folks to go to Home Depot so I could get one on the way out.

I've always been to the suburban Home Depots but after recently moving downtown KC, I visited the Linwood Blvd location and had a great experience. People were friendly even with an impending snowstorm and expected extreme temperature drop before the holidays. Some guy named Mike helped me so much when buying window plastic to keep out the cold in our apartment. Very friendly and great customer service!
