I just recently bought an F-150 from Gladstone Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and my salesman was Tony. Tony went above and beyond for me and my family to ensure that we were totally taken care of and properly guided along the way. I could not be more pleased with my experience. For anyone interested in any future purchases here, I would 100 percent recommend that you ask for Tony. Even if you’re not looking to buy in the moment, I wouldn’t hesitate to seek help from anyone working the sales floor as we got the privilege to meet most of the current professional team. Every single one has helpful knowledge on choosing the right vehicle that meets your needs and will be straight forward with you the whole time.

Adam Cash is great to work with. He took great care of us from start to finish. He did a great job explaining the process and each piece of paper we signed. He made sure we were comfortable and gave us water and snacks. Butch the finance guy is a cool cat too. The showroom floor was stacked with beautiful Chargers, Challengers, Wranglers and a Dodge T-Rex. Looking at those beauties helped pass the time while they were getting our new vehicle ready to go home. By far, this was the best experience we have ever had while purchasing a new vehicle. We will definitely come back for our next purchase.

In my most recent service, I wanted a second key fob for my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica that I purchased in August. Evan verified my information, kept me updated via text to which I could respond if I had questions. Evan got the new fob programed, saved me money in the process AND brought my van right to me so all I had to do was climb in and drive off. Now that might not sound like a big deal, but I think Evan noticed I have some mobility issues and really made things easier for me. Ten 🌟 s across the board.

Bought a new Jeep at Gladstone Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep. Great sales associate Brandon was wonderful. We never felt rushed or pushed to buy a vehicle. Great personality and friendly. He was extremely helpful and I would recommend asking for Brandon when you visit this dealer.

I have been purchasing vehicles since 1997 from Gladstone Dodge. In 2016 I purchased my very first new Jeep from this dealership. This was when I met Dylan Burriss. I was not even shopping for a Jeep. When they did not have the vehicle I was asking about, that was when I was introduced to Jeep by Dylan.
I fell in love with the Jeep Grand Cherokee and the Jeep quality. Seven years later I was ready for my next new vehicle. I shopped for 3 months, looking at various dealerships and cars. I was ready to go a little smaller. After 7 years I contacted Dylan again and sent him pictures of my interest. I made an appointment. Much to my delight Dylan had selected one of the two vehicles I was interested in for me to test drive. Dylan has a way of knowing what the customer wants and what they will be happy with before he even knows you well.
Dylan is a Sales Rep who represents the various brands at Gladstone Dodge very well and looks out for his customer.
I am now the delighted owner of my new 2023 Jeep Compass.

I've got to give this dealership 5 stars. My jeep sidelined me over the weekend and had to be towed to Gladstone DCJR. It started with Kaitlin walking me through a detailed description of the delivery process since I wouldn't be following the tow truck to the dealership. After it arrived Evan took over. He called me and let me know my Jeep made it to the dealership and he's been AMAZING at providing updates and helping me with my extended warranty. Having a broke down vehicle in the shop would normally send my anxiety through the roof but Evan has been awesome to work with and has kept me calm with his transparency.
