We had our main sewer line collapse and needed a pipe liner. It was miserable, having to move out of our house for a week and get so many quotes to compare prices. Warrior Sewer and Drain came out within 24 hours of my initial call and sent us a quote quickly after. Everything from that point on was even smoother! When I had some slight back up in my drain while doing laundry, I scheduled Warrior Sewer & Drain to come out and check it out. Shawn arrived on time and checked everything thoroughly and ran water from everywhere to see if it happened again. Nothing back-up so it had most likely cleared itself. There was no charge and he said if anything happened again to be sure to call and they would be back out to take care of it. I appreciate the honestly and thoroughness in assessing the issue and not doing any work that didn’t need to be done. I will definitely call them again with any other issues as well as recommend them to friends and family needing any sewer or drain service or repair.

Your service man was very polite. Knew his business about plumbing. As a senior it’s a pleasure to deal with service people who are reputable. Didn’t push for something I didn’t need. I will have the Villa Association add you to our reference list. Thank you! Plus the dog liked him :)

Nick came out and evaluated a drain issue that I thought I might have and determined that no action was required at this time. The evaluation was no cost. Very professional and honest. Glad I called them and will recommend to family and friends

Wonderful experience with what could have been a nightmare! Shawn and Chris did a great job; solid communication from the text message letting my wife know they were on the way, to the discussion about what caused the sewer backup, to future-proofing/preparing to prevent this from happening again. 5 out of 5, would absolutely recommend to anyone needing a good company at a very reasonable price!

When our sewer lateral started backing up into our basement we could have been in a real mess. We called Warrior Sewer and Drain, a veteran owned business, based on a friend's recommendation and from the moment we called their team was courteous, professional, and fast.

They scheduled an appointment for that same afternoon and the owner himself arrived promptly with a helper, assessed the situation, and got right to work. No unnecessary drilling or digging. They located the outdoor clean out, determined there were roots clogging the pipe and cleared the clog with their high pressure water jet using their onboard water not mine.

Their communication was top-notch. They explained the situation clearly, kept us updated as they worked, and answered all our questions.

I asked on social media for any friends with recommendations for someone to clean our drain lines in house. One of the recommendations was Shawn, the name of the owner. Shortly after, a rep from Shawn's company acknowledged the post and sent a web link to their site. I liked that it was veteran-owned, stood by their work, and had great ratings. I called to arrange for someone to come quote the job. From the time of my post till their arrival, it was only about 90 minutes! Price was satisfactory, work was done, and my copy of the paid invoice in my inbox in short order. Couldn't have been more straight-forward! They even arrived earlier than the estimated time they texted me.

The person that came over was super nice. Service was super fast and as far as I can tell, performed effectively. I am still waiting for them to come back out to take more videos. The only thing that I didn't love was the price. I paid them 1k for a sewer line and kitchen line cleaning. As I found out later, 3 other services that came over to give me a quote quoted me between $600 and $700. Nonetheless, I am overeall rather pleased with the service.

Had Warrior Sewer clean out a bathroom floor drain. Seemed to work well when they left but soon started to drain slow again.
I called to let them know and they returned to clean out the line again.
Very happy with their response.

We called Warrior Sewer and Drain to inspect and possibly clean two of the downspout drains on our house. The owner, Shawn, and his assistant were at our house promptly in the morning and were very personable. They found my downspout drain issues weren’t nearly as bad as I thought they were going to be which was a relief. Responsive, knowledgable and honest…not something you find everywhere these days. I will be using them again next time.

Nick saved us! We bought our home “as is” and you know what that means. We’ve been battling a shower drain backing up and most of the time we could snake it and it was fine.
