Ive been to spa den twice and I loved both experiences. Very professional and my face was so soft when I left...I would definitely be booking my facials here moving forward. She also sell some products for your skin I bought a dermalogica set from her and loved it!!

Daniesha is dope and I'm not just saying that cause I know her! The Spa Den is super clean and modern. I've had the luxury of getting a facial and my makeup done. Both experiences were wonderful. I highly recommend The Spa Den to everybody especially since its black-owned and operated by a young mother doing her thing.😀

I love this Spa! It's my go to location for sugaring when I'm in St. Louis. The staff is professional and welcoming. My appointments are always on time. The spa has an open modern look. I absolutely love the relaxing music while I wait for the technician to begin. These ladies do an amazing job!

I went for a facial. The owner is absolutely amazing. She has great customer service skills. If you're able to get an appointment, please do because she be booked. That's a testament to how wonderful she is at her trade and as a person.

I had 2 consecutive appointments with this business and they cancelled both at the last minute. The first was cancelled because the esthetician was sick. I received a text at 2:08pm for a 3:30 appointment. Customer service is very important and so is my time. More advance should be given as I has already taken off work as made arrangements to be there on time. The next appointment was a month later, and I received a text day of my appointment at 1:45 pm for a 3:45 appointment staying they are having inventory issues, and that the tool they needed wasn’t available. They knew this days before my appointment that it wasn’t available. Why the late notice. Again, I had already rearranged my schedule. Then when I informed them my last 2 appointments were cancelled, they were so rude and full of excuses. The business needs to work on customer device and time management, your clients time is just as valuable as yours. No refund for the security deposit was received, which should have been automatic. I would avoid this place at all costs, take your money and business somewhere where clients are appreciated.
