This is a good place to take my daughter shopping.

Found so many nice clothes and household items today. I was in a wheelchair and all the staff I encountered helped me while I was shopping. A great experience beautiful weather and store not crowded for the first of the month!!
I went to this store today and found so many bargains. Especially the shoes. The staff was very helpful. Especially Sam. She helped carry my packages to my car. Very customer service.

Been visiting this store for quite a while always in a different experience

very nice, clean store and helpful employees. I thought I would have enough for a lamp. but one lamp costs at least $30. so when I have a little extra money and I want great decor for my home, I'll definitely shop here.

I went shopping for my mom this evening, due to her not feeling well today. As usual I was able to bless my nephew with the Concert Uniform that was required to be worn during concerts. The prices were so fantastic that instead of 1 pair of shoes my wonderful nephew was blessed to receive 3 pairs of shoes, the concert uniform, and 2 extra shirt's. Fostering doesn't pay very much for clothing and back to school supplies. As long as I have breath and still have the blessing of the activity of my legs with walking and driving, I will use whatever Money I have left from my disability income to buy these children, beautiful new shoes, new clothes beautiful bedroom linen sheets and blankets for my angels. Looking through their eyes 👀 Eve though I have Multiple Schlerosis I am compelled to do everything I can. With the fantastic prices at Ross my foster nephew's are the best dressed. Thank you Ross for doing God's blessings and work. I just want someone to tell the CFO or CEO. You have the best cashier's known to retail. As I cry privately tonight because of the smiles Ross allowed me to give the best to the best of children. I will continue to buy all I can from the thrift store for me as long as Jaime K. Went to bed so happy. Ross thank you, May God bless the cashier late this evening she was so kind knowing that I was in so much pain. She has no idea what she did for me and my family tonight. I have Multiple Schlerosis and left my house late fir Day Therapy at 9:330 am. I finally got home at 9:45. Im sleeping next door my neighbor just got home from the hospital. I love this store even with the long wait lines on the weekend. If you take your time you can find some awesome deals and unique buys. Their household goods are fantasticly priced, but if you see something you want, you should snatch it up or it won't be there the next time you come!

1st time going to this location. I found some good prices. I didn't like the check out sections were super messy. I was trying to check out and the manager was holding a long fussing session with an employee. Besides that, I was greeted as I walked in the door and plan to shop there again.

I absolutely LOVE Ross! The last four times I've gone I've come away with items that I'd been searching for. It's very difficult to find plus sized jackets that don't cost an arm and a leg,but with Ross I've added some major pieces to my wardrobe! I've gotten four jackets by New Look which would usually be $25-$40 apiece. I got one for $7,another for $11 and the other two were equally as inexpensive! They also have amazing candles!

I was struggling zipping up a pair of boots, Your employee Michael Cogshell said Ma'am do you need some help . He zipped up my boots helped me take them off ....and look for the pair in my size. I have not had this type of service in 20 years. I AM 71 YEARS OLD AND I FOUND ME A NEW STORE IN FLORISSANT ROSS...big thank you from Gail Graham

There is another Ross about 5 mins from my house but I choose to make the 20 min drive to this location because the staff of this Ross are always so nice. The store has a better selection than the location closer to my house. There is usually someone at the jewelry counter waiting to help. Jewelry is one of my favorite reasons to visit Ross so this is awesome to me. At other locations I have to wait for someone at a register to help me causing people in line to wait so I feel really rushed. This store is a little disorganized, but its always busy so thats to be expected. Thanks for great customer service!

It's a great place to go if you're looking for a good deal on clothes, footwear or anything else.

Great place to shop, they always have unique items for sale. Checkout can be a hassle at times but it's worth the wait.

Ross dress for less is one of my favorite stores because their prices are just right and very affordable so if u are looking for some great designer clothes but u just don't Saks Fifth Avenue money then Ross Dress for Less is your store
