I absolutely loved my experience with Anne Neary . She was easy going easy to talk , understanding about my teeth and my issues. I really did appreciate her I will be going back to her, now that I have my insurance back. I had a tooth ache and emailed her she did not hesitate to write a script although I haven't been there in a long while. I'll be back and I simply appreciate your compassion and understanding. Thank you!!!

dr neary is the best! i have been seeing her for 15 years as well as my husband. She understands i have a substantial fear of needles and is always empathetic towards me. thank god i have only had 1 filling in those 15 years. i love walking out the door with my 6 month cleaning/checkup appointment date in hand. they make it so easy and convenient.
will never go anywhere else!

My whole family have seen Dr. Neary for 20 years. Just recommended her to my neighbor...who was very impressed. My adult sons haven’t found a dentist they like as much as her, thus see her when they are in town.

Took my three kids to see Dr Neary. She was recommended by several of my friends. She did a wonderful job and we all felt very comfortable! Thank you!

This office is completely unprofessional, from the front desk receptionist (Paula) to Dr Neary herself. People like that do not belong in healthcare or customer service. In my 20 years in dentistry, I have never encountered such a poor attitude. I’m wondering how these people are still in business. When trying to help a patient get his record transferred over at his request, we were told “the notes” have not been written yet, even though he was seen over 2 months ago and then were hung up on TWICE. Makes me question if there is insurance fraud being committed here. I would definitely look elsewhere for your dental needs. These people are poor representation of the healthcare industry.

Receptionist is very very rude. I went once in December for a second opinion. Had no work done. I called today to schedule an appointment for a teeth cleaning. I had moved since I last was seen by doctor Neary and was not aware there was a small balance as I had no work done and have dental insurance and did not receive the bills. The secretary did not want to let me schedule an appointment without paying my balance first. I explained I didn’t have my card with me. She begrudgingly let me schedule a teeth cleaning but informed me I needed to pay today or find somewhere else to go very harshly. I told her I was surprised she was speaking this way to me as my family The Kravit’s have been going to doctor Neary for many many years and haven’t had bad experiences. Her response was she was surprised I hadn’t paid them yet. Also kept calling me by the wrong name. I called back shortly later when I had my card to pay off the balance and decided to cancel the appointment and I no longer felt welcome here. The receptionist was not apologetic at all just said “I understand” and hung up. Very money oriented and not kind. It’s a shame because it seems doctor Neary is a good doctor but her staff is so so rude and my family was disheartened to hear how I was treated as well.

I never never been treated and such a poorly unprofessional manner, by a denist office, she stated she didn’t want someone like me as a customer.
I got a call this morning stating that I had an appointment this afternoon 1:30 they called 1:37 and ask was I on my way I stated, that I was on my way that I thought my appointment was tomorrow at 1:30 and ask for the address the woman on the phone disregarded my questions and said “you want be coming here and hung up in my face” I then called back and I started that “I didn’t say I didn’t wanna come” i ask for the address I stay 5 mins away. I ask if I can reschedule, and I ask why did she just hang up in my face she started she she didn’t want to see me and I just can’t come whenever I want and hung up again I called back Annie answered and I explained to her is that I thought my appointment was tomorrow I still wanted to be seen by her and can I reschedule I also told her that the lady before kept hunging up the phone on me and was very rude with her words She talked over me then stated that she didn’t want somebody like me coming there, I cannot reschedule or be seen there she started that was a policy and if I had a business I would be angry if someone scheduled and didn’t come and hung up on me
If that was a policy they both could have both politely said that not get angry with me and hung up on me
And what does she mean she don’t want somebody like me as a customer?
Then she stated if I had a business how do you know I don’t have a business
I have never been through this or treated like this over the phone I am so glad I wasn’t a customer Annie Neary

Every customer should be treated with respect! In your line of business your company should take pride in providing all over customer service to you customers! Shame on you guys for treating your customers less than anything but a human being!

This establishment is very unprofessional and RACIST!!! I would not advise anyone to visit this dentist office!!!
