Been here a few times and the staff has always been friendly. My friends and I went recently looking for outfits to wear on our trip to Vegas. Shante was so great helping me that I brought my friends back and she helped them as well. She really made our shopping experience that much better. She was patient, helpful, and so nice! Glad we decided to go here for our outfit selection!

Great place to find some spicy clothes. Just a little out of your comfort zone or just the Right zone. Shout out Torion for being a big help and actually finding things that somewhat fit our aesthetic just by paying attention makes you feel more confident any more people like that The only thing it is. I wish they would have a size pass when 1x in store. Other than that I would recommend

My first time shopping with this store, I had Autumn! She is so perfect!! She definitely had great customer service, was patient, and very stylish! She was very detailed on what I wanted and where I was going to wear the outfit. I definitely will be going back soon!! She fit all my needs!

I love this store. It's better than the boutique but has all the unique charm. You'll never find anything twice the same way. If you want to be different, this is where you go to shop

Location-St. Louis, MO West County Mall. Came with my mom and gf saturday we were just browsing then we got assistance from Jessica who was very helpful with giving suggestions and finding the sizes we needed. She interacted with us and our new baby who was excited by her presence during our 1st visit at this location at west county mall. She was very professional, curtious, helpful and outstanding employee. Im glad we got great service for that visit, that was the only place we had to go to find a few outfits for my gfs birthday and we were able to continue our night as planned without any delays. Thank you Jessica for being what customers need.

I visited this weekend for the first time. This store has some really nice clothes that I don't usually see in other stores as well as cool accessories. This staff is very friendly; RoRo checked on me frequently and was very nice.

I am the type of person who fashion sense sucks. I walked into Akira overwhelmed with not even an idea for what I wanted to wear for homecoming which was the next day. Sarah, Jasmine, & this awesome black woman (forgot her name) helped me. Their sense of style is so creative and different , they KNOW what works. So if they say it look good TRUST ME it look good. I will forever shop at Akira. They just don’t understand how thankful and relieved I am. 5 stars without a doubt, I wish it could be 10 they deserve it. 🗣😫😻

Akira has a wide variety of clothing choices, some are on the wild side. I am 511 and I never have a problem with the length.It's always a lovely brown skinned thick woman who has so much personality and style her energy is amazing.

I went in today & received the best customer service and assistance with choosing the right outfit for my special event this weekend. The assistant manager and her staff today between the hours of 11-4pm was so awesome!!!! I appreciate all you ladies in every way!!!! #blackmagic
