Shirley was wonderful, explained everything about warranties and pickup. Prices were great in comparison to other places we had gone to. We just ordered so I will add once we have our furniture.

We worked with Cliff who was very patience and pleasant to with through this entire process. We first started looking at furniture last year. We met Cliff and he was very informative on providing us with all the different furniture options at Bob's. We came back this year to work with Cliff to finalize our selection. Cliff is a very easy going no pressure salesman which made the entire process very satisfying. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new furniture. It was a true pleasure dealing with Cliff and buying our furniture from Bob's.

We opted for white glove delivery and the guys were awesome. They were careful with the furniture and our home. They were courteous. That was a great decision to add that to our purchase.

We had a great experience shopping for our new sectional couch at Bob's. The customer service was very helpful without being pushy. We bought a nice couch at a great price that came with all the options we found elsewhere on more expensive items. We would recommend shopping here first to for your furniture.

Wide variety of furniture at a good price. The salesman, Rick, was very helpful. He knew where everything was and was able to provide useful information about every piece. I am surprised at how often I find salespeople who appear to know next to nothing about the merchandise in their store, and I was pleasantly surprised to find someone as knowledgeable as Rick.

Kevin and Kevin were so nice and patient with us. My husband and i brought our two kids (5 & 7 yrs old) and they were bonkers of course. We came in wanting a daybed for my son and we left with getting that, a reclining sectional and a lamp! They were not pushy at all and just genuinely nice and very accommodating and knowledgeable! We had a really good experience at Bob's discount furniture. The person that helped us out her name was Michelle. She was very helpful and had lots of knowledge.she gave us a space to look around and when we needed her she Help us out. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the cafeteria area with free coffee and desserts Like ice cream and candy lots to pick from. There is plenty of parking out in front and good handicap accessibility.

Over the last few years, we have purchased several items from Bob’s Discount Furniture. Each experience has been extremely pleasurable. Their staff has always been very cordial and completely professional. This Sunday was no different. Mellysa, at the St. Peter’s store, was a joy to deal with. We had been in the store a couple of weeks prior, picking her brain for well over 30 minutes about a specific item. She was very patient and was a wealth of information. When we returned on Sunday to make the purchase, we requested her personally, and she provided us with another great experience. This is a tremendous business!

Miranda R was our sales associate and she was the best!! We came in knowing the chair we wanted and she knew exactly where it was in the store. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and had us written up in no time! We wanted to pick it up ourselves and she assured us that could be done. We will definitely ask for her when we go back in the future

We had a great experience at Mid Rivers location. Sales Rep. Layla, was absolutely amazing, so helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, patient, great communication, kind, and most importantly not at all pushy. And experience with any other staff members in the store seem to be the exact same I absolutely would recommend for anyone to purchase from the store and location. The store is extremely clean especially the bathrooms and they smell like Christmas & are very clean & make you feel like you’re at home in your own bathroom. The little café experience they have set up with the candy and ice cream and coffee and water is an especially nice touch. And it’s completely free with no purchase necessary. I personally think that is totally amazing. Plus, I really like the selections that they have. It’s a big variety, lower prices than most stores and good quality. I was really impressed by the whole overall experience and will definitely be going back in the future.

Just bought three bedroom sets and a kitchen table set from Bob’s. Wayne was those salesman and he was great!!! Very knowledgeable along with not trying to force us to buy certain things. Will definitely use again!!!

I have heard mixed reviews, but I have to tell you I had a GREAT experience at Bobs!!!
Lila was our sales consultant and was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful and NOT pushy! She answered all the questions we had. We came in 3 different times to look at several items and she helped up the same in the first 10 minutes as she did the last 10! Never felt like I was being pushed to hurry up and buy something. She even stayed 10 minutes past closing to finalize our transaction!
We will recommend Lila and Bob’s and we will definitely be back!

Our experience was fantastic! We met our salesman Michael, while just looking to see what we wanted, he talked to us and discussed the different options and prices. He was very personable, polite and a delight to work with. After visiting numerous other stores all of which the sales people there were either pushy or disinterested in us as buyers we returned to Bob’s. Again we met Michael who helped us complete our purchase. Again he was a delight to work with. My wife and I went into the St Peters location to look at dining sets and sofas. We were met with a very nice woman asking if there was anything particular we were interested in, and we told her. She then said if/when we needed just to let her know. We were not bombarded by other staff nor were we followed by her. It was a great experience. After looking for what was wanted, I grabbed her attention and purchased items in which will be delivered and set up by them.

The living room set was a great value. Mellisa was very knowledgeable about the furniture and financing. She wasn’t there when I went back a few days later to purchase the set but her coworker Layla stepped in and completed the purchase for me. I have been very satisfied with my experience at Bob’s, with the furniture, prices, and staff.

Sales specialist Richard Z was great. Easiest transaction we made all month. Heck the drive through at White Castles took 3 times longer. Low pressure staff always very helpful.

I really enjoyed Rick. He's very knowledgable and helpful, and quick to ask you about your preferences or clue you in about options and features. He spent some effort trying to accomodate me. The man needs a promotion! He's one of the ones that deserves his own store!
