Every single time that I go to Fox Point Dental has been a positive experience! The staff has been very friendly and answered all of my questions—both in concerns that I had and advice for better dental maintenance in the future. They always made sure that I understand my current dental health and how best to take care of it.

Especially for a full-time student who doesn’t have dental insurance, their pricing along with the membership program have made teeth cleaning and exams financial manageable.

Overall, I appreciate the attention that the staff has, from Dr Major to Hygienist Cris to receptionist Sabrina. They have always been professional, making sure that any of my concerns are answered and that every visit went as smoothly as possible!

I switched myself and my family over to this dentist office and I had my first visit. The staff is extremely nice! They make you feel like you’ve been going there for years. Every individual I spoke with today was super friendly and welcoming.

The staff was so welcoming. They were outstanding taking extra time with me while taking X-rays as I have gag issues. The dentist was friendly and really put me at easy. Their advice for a treatment plan was understanding of costs that would be involved as well as prioritizing issues in the order of importance.

Fox point dental is a great place for people who have anxiety going to the dentist. Chris and Dr. Krenzke did an amazing job helping ease my anxiety and made sure I stayed comfortable throughout the entire process. Sabrina and Rachel at the front desk are also great and help make scheduling and figuring out financial aspects easy!

I recently moved to the North Shore and had my first teeth cleaning with Dr. Krenzke and Cris the dental hygienist. The clinic looks very nice and clean. The staff is extremely professional and competent. The dental hygienist did a great job. Dr. Krenzke was friendly and answered all of my questions and did not seem to be in a hurry. I am happy to have found my long-term dentist!

Truthfully, I haven't been to the dentist in roughly eleven years and I can honestly say I had no intentions on going back to the dentist after a bad experience at another clinic. Recently, I began noticing slight sensitivity in my mouth/gums and decided to overcome my fear of the dentist. Dr. Krenzke was very empathetic towards my slightly irrational fear and didn't patronize me for not going to the dentist in over ten years, which is what I expected based on previous interactions I've had with dentists in the past. He communicated with me on a very personable level and didn't come off as pompous at all. What really caught my attention was his unrelenting passion for restoring microbial balance in my buccal cavity. I particularly enjoyed his response after filling the two cavities I had in my teeth: "I need to take a picture of this pearly white new tooth because it's just so shiny". I have to admit the filling looks like a brand new tooth, compared to the silver I had previously had in my back molars. Witnessing and experiencing this enthusiasm/passion for maintaining tissue integrity throughout my gums and teeth has encouraged me to come back to restore my oral hygiene. Thank you Dr. Krenzke for the marvelous work you did today! I look forward to coming back!

The staff here are all so lovely and kind! I don’t particularly like getting my teeth cleaned but Kris is soooo sweet she definitely makes it more tolerable. I usually see Dr. Krenzke who is very knowledgeable and professional. I even worked with Dr. Major on a significantly difficult wisdom teeth removal and the whole staff handled my anxiety and fears with so much compassion. Rachel at the front is always very helpful and kind as well. Can not say enough great things about this practice and would recommend them to everyone. The way they handle anxious patients with empathy really makes a difference.

I can honestly say this is the best dentist I have ever been to hands down! They are very friendly and keep you at ease. I have had many horrible experiences at dentist in the past at just about every place I have been to from injecting numbing agent straight into my bloodstream to nicking other teeth with the drill not being worked on doing a cavity. I was not expecting them to perform the work I made the appointment for today like past dentist have not done, To my surprise they fixed it on the first visit.
Overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. All the dental assistants here along with Dr. krenzke are very friendly. It is so hard to find a good dentist, I can definitely see this being my permanent dentist from now on.

The reception staff was so nice, I absolutely loved the hygienist and the dentist. I had to have my 16mo/old with me for the first part of the visit and they were so accommodating and kind.

Excellent dental office. I have had several appointments and a cleaning and have been more than pleased with all of the staff. Dr. Krenzke is so kind and very thorough in making sure I understand the procedures needed. D'Angelo is fantastic. He works hard to make sure you are comfortable and is always reassuring me while I am having work done. I so appreciate that as I am a very nervous and pretty fearful patient due to some past experiences elsewhere. They work hard to make you as comfortable as possible and listen to any concerns or fear.

I love everyone at Fox Point Dental Studio. Every visit is pleasant and I never feel nervous when going. Every single staff member is friendly and knowledgeable. Custom Services is impeccable and I will never go anywhere else !!!

These people and the business deserve 10 stars! I have had major dental anxiety since I was little. It took a lot for me just to call and make my first appointment. Even over the phone they were so nice. I went in for a cleaning and to get an old crown replaced. Everyone there is so nice and amazing at what they do! A friend recommended I try this place because they knew how nervous I was to go to the dentist . I couldn't be happier, and I would highly recommend them! The place is also super cute and clean. They also had a tv on the ceiling, gave me sunglasses and offered me a blanket 🤗

Honestly these guys are probably the best dental office I have been too. Going to the dentist is rarely an enjoyable experience, but fox point has top notch customer service, and very quality work. I can't recommend them enough

This is probably one of the best dental care providers around, very pleasant and professional staff, a top notch equipment. Had several crowns installed and this is the best experience so far. Highly recommend.
