I was having problems with visualizing the redecorating project for my bedroom. The saleswoman( Andrea) went above and beyond and used a AUTO-CAD program to bring my vision to life. I was really impressed with the level of service she provided. So, I bought the bedroom set and a memory foam mattress. Picked up my furniture from there warehouse and it was in excellent condition!! Excellent prices!! Excellent service!!

Great customer service. Our salesperson, Irma Cuevas, helped us find our perfect couch for the perfect price. We went with the pick up option and had a smooth and efficient experience when picking it up from the warehouse. Definitely would recommend!!!

They had great customer service a welcoming wnvorment along with great quality items and deals that fits any budget greatly appriciated. I recommend alot of family and friends it was my ifrst time but not my last shopping with flex pay.

Both experiences with this store have been great. Delivery men were especially helpful at getting our furniture inside. I didn't get 1 gentleman's name but shoutout to him and Peewee! And the ladies in the store. Nice quality furniture and good jams playing in the store while you shop😊

Went to buy a complete bed set for my new apartment and could not believe the price!!! It's hard out here with prices going up and I was soo glad to find a bedroom set to fit my price budget. The girls where very helpful and took their time to hear my needs. Will definitely be going back to buy my living room set. Happy customer

Friendly and smiling employees. Leslie took care of me and treated me like family. The background music does help a lot too. Wide selections of well known brand furnitures at below market prices. Passed this place all the time and never went in. Stopped there looking for furniture for my daughters first apartment. We left owning a beautiful sofa and love seat. Pricing was very reasonable for such good quality furniture. Staff and delivery were awesome.

The staff was amazing the person whom helped me with my furniture. Entertainment center sorry forgot her name . She was very patient with me I'm a very pick person when it comes to my home. Very pleasant experience from the moment the front door opened. Store staff was great and the delivery team was exceptional, outstanding, energetic and ready to tackle the length of the entire building to complete the service. Highly recommend.

I wanted to leave another post about the service level of FlexPay Furniture. The manager, Omar and his team couldn't have been more accommodating. We ordered a sofa for our basement and when it got here it was too big to get downstairs so we had to order another one. They were very understanding and worked with us to get it ordered and delivered. They called to schedule a delivery time and took their time getting downstairs including measuring the stairs and sofa to ensure it would fit. They were so apologetic over the earlier instance and it wasn't just lip service but very sincere. We then had ordered a TV stand and they offered to put it together but my husband said he could put it together. While most companies would have left it at that, we received a call asking if he had completed it or if there were any issues. I would certainly order my furniture from them again. Can I just say AWESOME SAUCE!!! Thanks, to Omar and his team for outstanding service!!

I had an issue and I spoke to the owner in direct he fixed the problem. For that reason I will continue to recommend people to his establishment. Great job on his behalf.

My sales persons was the best, help me with finance and I got a very beautiful set and they have the best old school music to listen too, I recommend this furniture store to everyone, the store has a good selection of furniture, loved it!
