Phongsavan Market Place

I've been eating there for many years, and even though they've had many different owners, it's still one of my favorite spots. They used to have a grilled beef option, but unfortunately, they don't have it anymore. If you come for pho, I highly recommend ordering their pork belly and sausage, it's always a great choice!

If you need tofu or fresh produce like basil and mint, or want to pick up some exotic fruits, delicious ginger sausage, have a bowl of pho, or shop for the beautiful intricately embroidered items of Hmong tradition, this is a wonderful place to spend several hours if you've got them, or just make a quick grocery trip.

Saturday 8/6/2022: ordered red curry from the grill and thought it was Kho poob. Two completely different dishes. So nice of the owner to give me Kho poob to go. I didn’t even ask. Always order pho and eggs rolls. Sticky rice with pork belly and spicy dipping sauce is my favorite!

I love the restaurant here! My go-to place for the best crab Rangoon and the pork belly is good too!

Not the fanciest place, but they always have great Pho! I don't have the pics, but their fish, pork belly, and egg rolls are delicious too.

Delicious, authentic South East Asian food. Friendly customer service. Clean tables and floor. Fair price and no tips necessary with dine in.

The food was so good. I did not know jow things would taste. The person manning the food stall was patient and explained the food items to me in great detail. I ordered fried fish, sticky rice, and curry that had chicken in it and came with rice noodles. Next time I will have to order more curry. I brought the food home and the kids lined up to try some.

The only place with sticky rice I know!! Great pho. Decent egg rolls. They actually refill your water and are very nice. Great service.

Came here just because I happened to be in town.

They have authentic asian food (Hmong food) Very good. And with good prices too!! Can't beat them anywhere else. Also have lots of variety of Hmong clothing, and jewlery in the other building beside it. I believe they are both the same location and shared were under one owner but I wasn't exactly sure. But overall I enjoyed the area! Probably my to go to whenever I stop by milwaukee again.

Nice to have the expansion of the building now. Food is always good with lots of choices. Great little shops. Very fun to visit or take people who are visiting town to it. Parking is a bit hectic so be careful and the road turning into it is awkward.

This is the Hmong cultural center of Milwaukee. They have a very authentic market...you'll feel like you're no longer in the US the second you walk through the door. People are very welcoming and friendly. They have a restaurant in the back that serves an excellent bowl of Pho and Hmong sausage. HIGHLY recommended!

Never had a bad experience, food is always amazing. Prices have gone up slightly but still worth every dollar spent. I highly recommend the papaya salad

This market has so many different little shops. You can find lots of unique items and gift ideas here. My girls really liked the Bubble Tea shop! I recommend checking this place out.

Ok so it might not be the most updated place you have seen, but they have the best spring rolls ever! Freshly made and the people are so nice and sweet :)

Some of the best food in town can be found here. Amazing bubble tea and stuffed chicken wings. So happy my wife as shown me its existence! Life changer!

absolutely love the store and restaurant offerings!!! great selections in the market and the food is even better. you can smell all the amazing food when you pull into the parking lot!

Always a pleasure having lunch here. Sausage is amazing, stuffed wings are always great, and the best hot sauce. All-around a great experience as usual.
