They kept my groceries the management team didn't play dissatisfied customer had one clerk walk me thru the store to meet my satisfaction. Will return.

It's been a few yrs since shop"n at this pns. Clean store, aisles wide, fully stocked. Found everything with no problem!

Floor plan was reconfigured. Aisles are wider.
Less cashiers, so you might check yourself out.

Great variety of products at various price points. The quality is still good.

Deli has more pre-sliced items. May have trouble finding someone to "shave" your deli selections, though.

The staff and the service is good, though!

Have improved in cost and quality in some areas

This is my local grocery store. For the most part, it's a clean store. I wish they had more cashier's at the registers. I think if customers were a bit patient, the employees would have a better attitude. There's only so many people working and they can only move so fast.
UPDATE:
Thankfully, they have added more self checkout registers. There's also security at the front of the store. Sadly, we hardly ever see fried chicken cooked in the deli, I can't think of the last time I saw ribs cooked in there.

My Kroger from Memphis in Milwaukee! I love it! Deals were amazing and affordable. I also love their sushi bar!

The food quality is good I like shopping there sometimes they get homeless people walking around asking people for money this is how bad it is getting in this economy I hate to see this but they got to keep the people out. For begging for money

Great! Phone died and I was trying to find my new job & get Lyft. I stepped in & gratefully they have a place to charge your phone without entering store altogether if One isn't there to shop. I was SOOOOO heartbroken 💔 especially with how far is traveled & they were a lifesaver. No One bothered me nor stared @ me like I had the plague either. I'm not so sure but it seems to be multicultural friendly 🤗

I ordered a 2 tier cake for my son's birthday from here. In the bakery Gigi and Diamond did a great job. Very talented and great customer service. Very kind and really listened to what I wanted my cake to look like. They went over and beyond.

Amazing staff!! I left behind a very expensive pair of sunglasses in a cart and the young man doing carts, turned it in and when I returned he immediately helped me and got my glasses. I gave him a nice tip. He was respectful and helpful.

I went to the Pick & Save that's @ 76th and Good Hope Rd. My intentional was to get a few things, but it seems like I always hit jackpot where they keep their clearance items. I got a lot of the General Mills Cereals that was marked down to $1.29. I also got very good deals on the Nature Valley Sweet & Salty Granola Bars. Then I headed for the checkout because my sister was waiting on me.

This store has been my local store to frequent for almost 20 years. The store was recently rearranged but it's essentially the same ol' Pick'n'Save.

OMG NICE VARIETY OF FOODS. AND GREAT PRODUCE
MAYBE NEED MORE STAFF TO FIND STUFF BUT I HAD A BALL.

I enjoy the experience today the flow was continual and non constricting. So I will continue to visit a great place to shop. Also, pick up ice cream. Thanks

The staff that work at this location is superb!!! They are attentive, they remember customers and sustain community relationships. This is the type of retail store I appreciate during a world wide uncertainty.

Great customer service and very helpful

I love it here I can walk round hours and loose my way grabbing a month in half worth of food and some house supplies I enjoy it best part they have lots of patience I for got my card some how at home I ubered there with my kid then had to uber bk to get it n uber bk to pay for everything and then uber bk home but they were so nice waited for me and helped me with both carts full💪🏾😊I'm grateful for

I'm from Chicago, lived in Gary, back in Chicago visiting Milwaukee to see my daughter and grandsons... shopping for a couple items for the evening and snacks the store was clean aisles and shelves fully stocked, I found a new store to visit when in town
