I frequent this amazing store and recommend it to every single one of my clients. Leigh and Dennis have been nothing but amazing to myself, my business, and my animals. I have a monthly special order I place for my cat food, I bring my 6 dogs in all the time to use their self service dog wash, and they are always fantastic when I bring a dog in training in to work on public manners. All of the employees there are never anything less than helpful and kind. The best part about this entire store is the dedication that both Leigh, Dennis, and their employees have to helping their community. From adoption events to partnerships with rescues for giveaways and fundraisers, they truly care about their community and the animals within it. If you haven't been in to chat with them, I highly recommend you do so. There is not a more friendly store in town.

Brought one of my three dogs there for the first time to use the self service dog wash and loved it! We’ll be back with the other two so that they’re all clean. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and the products are great! Definitely worth the $2 upgrade for the deshedding shampoo, lots of fur came out initially, but later in the day when my dog shook, no fur exploded off of him.

I love this store. I get all my dog food here and take my Golden Retriever to get her nails done and we do the self wash. I love the fact that they are not a franchise and locally owned!! The people are so nice and always helpful. Support this local business you will be glad you did!!

I am so glad I discovered this place! I was looking for a place where I could self-wash my dog. This place was amazing! The staff was super nice and showed me how to operate the water and air blower. Everything was clean and organized.
You have a private room with towels, shampoo and conditioner and air blower too!! It was simple to get my 90 pound Doberman into the stainless steel waist high tub because it had a nice retractable ramp and door to keep the dog contained. Super easy on my back to wash my big dog due to the awesome height of the tub. The whole experience was wonderful. Now I have a place to wash my dog and my dog (and wallet) liked it too! Win-Win-Win! A+++ place! I will be back!

This was my first time visiting this place. I loved it. It was so easy to get my large dog in the tub and to be able to wash him at waist was a huge plus for me. I will be coming back for sure

Piper and I love this pet store. The owners greet us, answer my many questions, and spend one-in-one with the new member on MY family. Piper is almost 10 months old and 150 percent Airedale. The store is always amazingly clean, well stocked, and organized. Piper's favor treats include: "turkey neck" and "moo stick" and pig snout are always available. All About Dogs & Cats is a store for all your pet needs! 🥰🐾✅

We have been bringing our pup diesel into their store since he was tiny baby, the owners are absolutely amazing very knowledgeable and kind. The store is always clean and well stocked and they are always ready with a treat for your furry babies. And now we get to bring his wife and son in aswell

Amazing experience! I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by a very friendly and helpful guy. He led me to the products that are best for my dog and really tried hard to be as helpful as possible. They have a "manual dog wash" here at the back of the store, like a car wash but you take your dog through it. I received a coupon for a free wash! Thank you!

We brought our newly adopted doggie in for a bath before bringing her home. The self service dog wash is awesome and reasonably priced! Everything needed was provided and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Our girl left nice and clean with a shiny coat. Their great selection of treats meant we were also able to buy her something tasty as a post-bath reward.

Quality items for sale. A lot of boutique brands if that is want for your pet. They have a groomer in house as well as self wash services. Self wash comes with bath with ramp, apron, rubber curry brush, soap and conditioner (though you can bring your own) towel and force drier.

Just like in their name they only cater to dogs and cats.

One of the only places in town to get CBD for my 20-year-old cat! The fella at the desk is always so patient and kind and makes sure to greet everybody as soon as they walk in the door! Very grateful for you folks! And so is Kitty!

Went to Mud Puppies this morning right when they opened up. The lady that assisted me was very helpful tho she was trying to get the store ready.she was very patient.
I really liked that all supplies needed (included a long apron for me) came with the cost and the deep tub made it easy to wash and he smells so fresh and clean.. my BooBooBear enjoyed his bath and we will be back again for self wash and will also try grooming.

Above and Beyond! We had to go in after re-rescuing a cat in Springfield from Kansas City. We learned that John (the cat) had been wandering outside for weeks and had poop matted into his tail. The smell was unbearable. Theres no way we could have driven 3 hours home with the smell so we stopped in for an emergency bath. The owners were there when we arrived and were SO kind and helpful. We were greeted and escorted back to one of the wash rooms and got John smelling fresh and clean. Both the staff and owners were beyond kind and understanding. They really went above and beyond and we can’t recommend this shop and diy pet wash enough!

Really nice people own the place, I enjoy visiting the store! Rather spend my money there than Walmart! And my Big baby loves it and very healthy with quality food and treats! ❤

This place is great they always greet amd give my dogs a treat when they come in. Have a good selection on treats and food.

This place is neat, lots of good quality dog treats and toys, awesome self bathing locations as well as scheduled grooming services for very reasonable prices. We purchased a birthday cake for my Catahoulas 1st birthday and the staff was more than excited and happy to help pick out a delicious dog cake!!!

First of all, the staff are so friendly and personable! I feel like they are like real family friends at this point! Second, we love the services they provide such as the Mud Puppies self-serve grooming stations, special treat bar, rewards program, and much more! They were so knowledgeable when we were trying to decide on a food for our puppy. Third, their work with rescues is awesome and it shows they really do have a passion for animals! We adopted a kitten from them that they had found and cared for and visit frequently with him. They also have adoption events on the weekends quite frequently as well as supply drives and other fundraisers for the local rescues. Lastly, I really love that the products they choose to sell are high quality and most of the time family-owned or small business. :)

This place is awesome!! Since covid hit I have had a hard time getting a Groomer for my 185 pound gentle giant, her last Groomer went out of business. I finally got her groomed here with Sierra today, these are the most thoughtful and caring folks and took great care of my gentle giant (Rain) I would have paid them twice the amount knowing she is in good hands!! They are our new groomers

This is the best place to take your pets! Me, my husband and our fur baby love coming here. Friendly staff and reasonable prices!

Large breed dog bathing made EASY! Took my Rottweiler in for a bath. Normally bathing him is back-breaking work. Not here. Easy to get him in, easy to scrub him at waist-height vs bent over in my tub at home. And drying & cleanup was a breeze. Definitely recommend! After the bath, my dog picked out a toy and treats. They were reasonably priced (didn't seem higher that Walmart but were better quality).
