Check in is until 4. I feel this is late when checkout is at 11.I booked & paid for an apartment 3 days in advance yet when i arrived desk attendant couldn't find key to unit 15! I had to wait for them to drive back & forth to welcome center trying to get a master key. Eventually they found the original hanging in another rooms slot.Really? I didn't make it to the pool after waiting for room key and unloading my bongings....then the pool doesn't open until 1 on Sunday when checkout is at 11!!! My bad experience continues when I saw a brown roach in my unit & several small black bugs that got into my leftover pizza. Cable TV audio worked but not the picture! RIDICULOUS! Neighbors had 2 lrge barking dogs & dog excrement on the lawn in front of units. SO..... Lastly the morning of departure I drive to watch sunrise on lake only to be detoured by security... Disappointed entirely! Im a local ER nurse working long hours during covid 19 & wanted a relaxing weekend away. After paying $100 a night I should have went elsewhere! Not impressed Lake Junaluska !
