My whole family has been going to Rasch for decades. They are honest and trustworthy! They give you options, but tell you what your car can’t live without.

I just went to get my tire checked which was loosing air. They didn’t try to sell me a new tire (or four), they patched it. They also gave my car a full check-up.

Rasch is FANTASTIC! My parents and grandparents have been using them for years, but this was my first experience, personally. They got me in quickly, gave me honest answers, didn’t overcharge me or try to force me to do anything that wasn’t necessary and kept me updated the whole way through (even calling to let me know there would be a delay in service due to the ice storm preventing employees from getting to work). Honestly, they ease all of the fears you have when going to the mechanic! I spoke with several people, who were all very courteous and helpful, but Dave takes the cake! He was amazing!! I’ll admit, I’ve bounced around with mechanics prior to this, but I will be using Rasch, exclusively, going forward!

My extended family has used Rasch for decades and still do. Excellent honest work. Fair pricing. They fix problems other reputable mechanics couldn’t figure out. Terry and his team will take care of you. I drive far now that I’ve moved across town and continue coming to them for maintenence checkups and repairs.
Take advantage of their oil change + overall maintenence checkup package to keep your car in shape longterm. I never have surprises on the road because they catch everything in advance.

They did a great job swapping wheels on my 2023 Nissan Altima. No issues with balancing, they did a great job. Probably will go there again in the future

We have been taking our cars to Rasch for years. They are always honest, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They have a really nice no-contact drop off and pick up, when desired, as well as convenient text communications and appointments. But, you can still do everything the old fashioned way, with actual eye contact and conversation. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place. We were dealing with conflicting opinions from two different auto shops regarding a noise our car was making. One of the shops insisted we needed to immediately invest over $2,000 in safety-related repairs. However, when we brought our car to Rasch, the owner, Terry, took the time to drive the car with us, invited us into the shop, and meticulously assessed each questionable part. He patiently explained his observations, answering all our questions (even the dumb ones). Terry's personable, knowledgeable, and honest approach led to the revelation that the car didn't require the $2,000 worth of work that the other shop had suggested.

As a new customer it was noticeable that several patrons were long term customers.
Marcus reviewed what was ABSOLUTELY necessary for safety as repairs. Said several times if you need X checked just bring it by.
I most definitely will be a repeat customer even though it’s 12-15mi from my neighborhood. I prefer to support locally owned/family businesses.

I had an incredible experience with Rasch! I brought my older vehicle here to get evaluated and since it has high mileage, I only wanted diagnostics done to see if it was worth repairing. Their team was upfront about what each examination tier included and the cost. I received a text link to images and notes about my vehicle as well as a follow up call from one of the mechanics to walk me through everything. They were incredibly honest about the condition of the vehicle and provided me with information about a recall for one of the issues in my vehicle. As someone who is not familiar with cars, I cannot express how helpful and kind the team at Rasch is. I felt like I took my car to a family member! As long as I live in the area I will keep coming back.

I have used Rasch for decades. They are fantastic. Always helpful. Great care and overall service for my Honda, Audi, Ford and diesel 3500 Ram truck. I call with a problem and they fix it fast. Routine service also prompt and fantastic. Their great service is well known locally. Drop off and pick up seamless.
