AT&T Store

I had the most amazing experience with the nicest and most helpful guys! Akil and Caleb went above and beyond and were amazing!! Highly recommend them, it was the best experience ever and they were the best…I will only go see them if I need anything…I’m so grateful!!

This store is the best store ever! I will tell everyone to go here, the team was absolutely fantastic and helped me with everything I needed!! Will be coming back!!:)

Trace and his 2 associates at the AT&T store located at 10700 Manchester Rd, Kirkwood, MO., were very knowledgeable and customer focused. My phone was stolen and Trace walked me through the process for getting a replacement. I returned to the store today eith my new phone and was able to recover all of my contacts and pictures. The store manager, I believe his name was Trace could not have been more helpful. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable regarding any questions we had. We will definitely be returning to this store for all our AT&T , phone , etc. needs.

I have bought several devices at this store. The best customer service in a ATT store I've ever received. I've worked with 3 different employees and all 3 are knowledgeable in wide range of products (IPhones, Apple watch, several accessories). I live closer to 2 different ATT stores (horrible experiences), but will always give my business at this store going forward.

The gentleman working when we came in was super friendly, he answered all our questions, got our issue we were having solved, and even helped me with comparing the phones I was interested in to help me come to a decision on which one I preferred.

The service here was outstanding! Akil J was patient and answered all of my questions. He gave me his full attention and listened to what I was looking for. His people skills were spot on! I will drive the extra miles for great customer service. Thank you, Akil.

Jarvelle the manager at this location is THE BEST! He is so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of ATT and their massive bureaucracy and procedures. He knew exactly how to fix my problem after I spent 3 weeks talking to ATT directly. This is my new go to ATT store! I will tell everyone I know and scream it from the internet rooftops! I met with Stacia and her store manager today at this location and had the most pleasant experience. They were on the ball; efficient; extremely polite; and helpful. In a relatively short time they solved a problem I have been wrestling with for the past month. I came away impressed and thankful for their assistance. I highly recommend them.

I never write reviews but feel I must let you know what a wonderful employee you have at your Warson Woods store. Jeremie helped me late this afternoon and was wonderful to us. I had been to two other AT&T stores earlier and was very discouraged. After waiting a very long time
they informed me they could not help me. I was desperate because it was my 11year old my daughter's phone and she was leaving for camp and needed her phone to work. Jeremie was able to totally fix our problem in a short period of time. He went out of his way to help me with my phone and answer our many questions. He was so helpful and kind to us. Please keep Jeremie at that AT&T store for us. He is the best!!

I had an awesome experience working with Eli and his team in getting transferred over to AT&T. I've gone there a few times and its always great to work with a professional. Always a speedy and good result.

Usually get good service from AT&T but they’ve got a new manager Eli and you can def tell this makes all the difference. They genuinely cared about my problem with my phone and gave me multiple options to fix it. It felt good so I’ll def be going back.

Excellent service. Eli was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped set up new services. Highly recommend the AT&T store at Manchester and Lindbergh in Kirkwood, MO. The representatives are extremely well trained in providing service and satisfaction.

Steve was amazing!!! He was SO helpful, went to another store to retrieve the exact iphone that I wanted and was just so nice about it all. He helped me set up everything, apply my screen protection and explained everything thoroughly. He didn't miss a beat!!! I highly recommend seeing Steve at this AT&T!!!

I was really impressed with the customer service of one young man twice when visiting this location earlier this week. He was helpful, kind and extremely patient with me and other customers, even when he had a busy store to tend to! Great job.

I came in a few months ago to cancel all of my services bc I was so fed up with AT&T insanely high pricing. I walked in the store ready to give someone the full extent of my fury and rage. The rep ignored my antics and said, "I understand your frustration, but if you would give me a few minutes of your time, I'd like to redeem us." He opened my account and showed me how much I'd been paying and then showed my how much I could/should be paying by switching from uverse TV to DirecTV and going from my 60gb data plan to unlimited. All in all, I've been saving about $125+ dollars a month including taxes for almost 4 months. When I asked him how could he do what no one else even thought of doing. His reply: "That's simple...I'm Mr. Incredible." Lol

Imagine that....from canceling to commendations.
