Jernigan Furniture

I went to Jernigan Furniture to find a particular piece of furniture. Brittany was the sales associate who helped me. She was very knowledgeable about the piece I was looking for and I was able to quickly make my purchase. The staff was courteous and professional. The store had a beautiful selection of furniture and accessories. I highly recommend visiting this store if you are looking for high quality furniture.

Jernigan Furniture carries upper end furniture brands such as La-Z-Boy and Stressless (Norwegian) recliners and sofas. Many models are on the floor which helped me to identify the specific model and color of recliner for my home. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to meet Brittany who walked us through lines and models which led to our purchasing a new recliner. I recommend Jernigan Furniture based on great brands, selection and service received.

Salesman, Darius was very nice to work with. We made a couple of trips individually to see what was available in a recliner and then came back together to make our choice with the color of leather we wanted. Darius always gave us space and checked in with us but was not pushy. Good quality furniture and respectful sales staff at Jernigans!

Wonderful customer service! Darius was welcoming as soon as I walked in the door, knowledgeable about all the store products and showed me many different options. I had thought about purchasing what I thought I wanted online. But there's nothing like seeing the furniture (most of which is made in NC), having great customer service, and supporting local business!

I appreciate the patience of the sales person, being I had several options of styles and sizes for a Lazy Boy recliner. He brought me to the perfect one that I bought after a few I had seen. He wrote up my paper, swiftly and accurately, and less than 24 hours, Rhett delivered and assembled it, where it fit perfectly. I even remember the time when I bought a sofa sleeper from them and they had to take off three doors and the legs of the sofa sleeper to get it into the guest room. They were able to bring the sleeper through, put the legs back on, positioned it where I wanted it. They then had to reinstall the doors which didn’t take much time. They are friendly, accommodating and professional. It is always a nice experience buying, receiving and enjoying my new furniture.

Craig McCoy was excellent. He was very knowledgeable of all sofas I checked out. I didn’t plan to purchase one with recliners in it but he sold me on it and gave me a great deal. Craig was awesome!

We were in Jernigan's furniture store recently shopping for a new couch. The salesman was very pleasant and showed us several styles. We hadn't intended on purchasing yet but we found one we really liked and then, he helped us find a chair to match. We are very pleased with Jernigan's and I'm sure we will be shopping there again in the future.

Derek was very helpful. Checked for colors of fabric in stock for chair I chose. Scheduled delivery quickly. I still have furniture from Jernigan that we purchased 35 years ago and it still looks good.

Excellent selection of furniture. No pressure salesman went out of his way to find exactly what I was looking for. Will work with you on the pricing when they can.

This was the first place we stopped and after 7 more places, (solely because we couldn’t accept that we had found what we were looking at the first place), we came back the next day. We came back for the quality, but honestly, we came back for James E. He was the most professional person we had dealt with, and just the best. He didn’t try and sell us, he heard what we were looking for and truly worked with us to make sure it was perfect. He also gave us space to chat through things, but was there when we needed him, and he was fun to work with! 100% the best shopping experience we have ever had.

High quality furniture we had a door on our entertainment center delivered with a crack because the wood had a knot in it they ordered us a new door with no questions bought a couch and a coffee table also no pressure from the sales staff but they gave us the proper attention and answered all our questions.

Our first visit was wonderful. James was very knowledgeable and took the time to research everything we asked. Went in to look at recliners, walked out with the purchase of two recliners, sofa and loveseat. We will definitely be back to see James for our next furniture needs.

Mr. McCoy was the best Sales Associate I’ve seen in a very long time. He was very helpful, friendly, patient and courteous. He never rushed me nor was he bothered by any questions I had. Wonderful Customer Service. The entire team at Jernigan’s were great. I will indeed recommend them to everyone.

I purchased a beautiful dining room table and hand crafted chairs for myself and gifted a beautiful dining room set to my grandmother for her 82nd Birthday! Craig was phenomenal. He walked me through each step of the purchase. It was a seamless process. The delivery team was awesome as well! It was a great experience. I’ll be back to furnish more rooms!

My gorgeous furniture arrived today as promised! White glove delivery was perfect, the drivers were very courteous and did an excellent job. My salesperson, Dawn Morris was a huge help, very professional, knowledgeable , eager to please and above all quite personable! Dawn made my buying experience so much fun! I enjoyed every minute spent with her in the store! Folks like Dawn keep folks like me coming back every time, thank you so much Dawn Morris!!!
