Arch Animal Hospital

Due to a last-minute, unexpected need for one of my pups, Archie, we were forced to try out a new veterinarian clinic. What began as an inconvenience has turned into a wonderful new, trusted relationship.

Since that first visit, we’ve been there with my other pup for an ear infection. Dr. Mike and staff were, again, fantastic. My Leo is quite nervous when going to the vet, and they were all very loving, patient, and tender with him. Dr. Mike gives generously of both his time and knowledge.

From that first phone call to exiting my recent appointment, Arch Animal Hospital hasn’t missed a beat. Many thanks to the whole staff!

*Oh! And the app they have is amazing! So user-friendly and convenient, and their response time when reaching out via chat is remarkable!

Dr. Mike, all the vets and staff are top notch! Can’t recommend this place enough, seriously. The love and care they have for animals is above and beyond and I love the personal, one on one attention they give my doggie when we’re there is so sweet ❤

I have nothing but positive to say about Arch Animal Hospital! We are a new family for them, and this was my second dog’s first visit. Scheduling appointments has been a breeze (LOVE the app), the front office staff is pleasant and professional, and the medical care (and patience and warmth) top notch. Dr. Mike has cared for my pups on both occasions. He’s full of knowledge, has a loving manner, and has made us feel as if we’re his only patients of the day. I'm so happy to have discovered this pet hospital and feel confident having Archie and Leo in their care. ♥🦮🐕‍🦺

I have nothing but great things to say about Arch Animal Hospital and Dr. Mike. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They sit with you and explain everything in full detail and answer all your questions without rushing through your visit. My dog had a big surgery done by Dr. Mike. His team and him were absolutely exceptional. They checked in with me periodically, answered all my emails and all of the phone calls I made during my dogs recovery. They were consistent and patient with me and above all they are great at what they do! One million percent my go to spot for my animals! Thanks Dr. Mike and team:)

I love Dr Mike and the staff!!! They are all so friendly and helpful. Dr. Mike always listens to my concerns, answers my questions and never rushes through my appointments. I love that everyone at Arch is committed to provide the best possible care for their patients.

I switched to this location after being unhappy with a previous vet. I am so happy I did! The front desk team is great. Everyone is so friendly and the whole office runs efficiently. The vet tech remembers me and my pet, and asks great follow up questions. They are great at explaining options and costs associated with each choice.

In the past 6 months we have had to say goodbye to both of our dogs. They were patients at Arch Animal for 15 years. We always received great care here. The compassion and kindness shown by everyone when both of our dogs crossed the rainbow bridge will not be forgotten. Whenever we decide to get another dog, we will be back. Dr. Mike, Tiffany, Kinsey, and the entire Arch Animal Hospital team are hands-down the best. They are always kind and they make us feel like family. Our dog genuinely loves going to the vet! And it shows that they love her just as much as we do - they always show genuine care. We’ve gone through knee surgery with Arch Animal Hospital, and they’ve alleviated every fear that we’ve had as pet parents. They’re patient, kind, and always taking the time to get to know us. We love them!

Arch has been there for us every time! They allowed us to be with our 16 year old dog who we had to euthanize during the height of Covid lockdown. No other vet would but they could see how torn up we were and I will never forget that kindness. They were amazing performing my extra large breed’s gastroplexy and followed up with us nearly every day. When I was out of town our dog became very ill and my daughter was panicking. I told her to call Arch first but wasn’t very hopeful about getting in so told her to take her to the ER if that didn’t work. Arch arranged to see her by 10:30 that morning and was able to treat her and followed up with us after. I trust them completely!

Arch Animal Hospital is by far the best in the St. Louis Area. I have met with Dr. Mike and Dr. Angela and they both show so much love and kindness to my fur babies. When I had to put my little guy Jake down in January 2019 they were there for me and even called to check up on me after Jake passed.
Dr. Mike always answers my questions no matter how silly they may sound and I love that he gets on the floor to play with my babies before doing the "yucky" shots. Every time I leave Arch it is with a smile because they love my animals just as much as I do and I truly appreciate it.
10/10 would forever recommend Arch!

I highly recommend Arch Animal Hospital. As a first time patient the staff was very friendly and answered all questions. They were very knowledgeable and took good care of my puppy.

The team at Arch was wonderful when I brought in a lost pup that I found. They helped me get the chip info, they gave me advice on what to do with the pup and I found the owners that night! I could tell they truly care.

Everyone there is so nice. Love Dr Mike, he is so thorough and explains everything to you. He never rushes you. Highly recommend!

I can't begin to explain how amazing everyone who works at Arch is. Starting at the front desk,then the techs, and finally the doc. The love I felt from everyone who was helping my sick pup was so incredible. There is no doubt in my mind that everyone who works there is exactly where they are supposed to be. I am so incredibly grateful for each and everyone at Arch!!!

Extremely nice employees. Was kind of disappointed that I could not get heart guard or flee and tick meds there. But satisfied overall

My dogs Tinkerbell and Frankie love the vets at Arch Animal Hospital! They aren’t afraid when we visit and happily walk right in! The hospital is always clean and the staff is friendly. I feel confident whenever leaving my babies in their care, that they will be safe and very well cared for until I can pick them up. I trust that the doctors have my dogs’ best interests in mind. They are very patient and answer all of my questions, which are usually a lot, because I’m a worried dog mom! 😬

Incredibly happy we made the switch to arch animal. There was no wait for our appointment and we were immediately taken to a room. Dr. Mike was so friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our pup. He got down on the floor and played with her making the whole experience less stressful for our pup. The whole staff was nice and very helpful. The facility was clean and very well kept as well. I would 100% recommend anyone go here!
