Walgreens

I get excellent service from the pharmacy at this Walgreens, which is my neighborhood drug store. The pharmacist, Mike, and an assistant, Kathy, even know me by name. I appreciate the extra steps taken to make sure that my medications are compatible, and filled on time. Thank you all for taking care of me in my senior years.

My son needed an antibiotic that was out of stock elsewhere. I was advised to call this Walgreens and hit the customer service jackpot when I spoke with Mike in the pharmacy. Helpful, kind, patient and communicative, he was the reason my entire day didn't go sour trying to get this script filled. Years ago, we switched from Walgreens but he's enough of a reason to return. He made a point to call me personally when it was ready and I just found his entire approach to be pretty special. Nicely done, Mike! Thank you!

My doctor filled a prescription that I wanted to pick up on the same day. I showed up 45 minutes after the pharmacy closed (not knowing they had shortened hours that day). As I turned to leave, an employee came out of the pharmacy and asked if I needed something. He was willing to get my script for me, even though he didn't have to and probably wanted to go home. Good people work here!

The pharmacist Mike at the Big Bend and 141 location is super nice and helpful.

I really enjoy my shopping trips every time I come in. I come to Walgreens bc of the convenience and the friendly helpful atmosphere. The store is bright and organized well. Alex, who works nights at Twin Oaks gives me exceptional customer service!!!

I don’t usually leave reviews but had to do it this time.
Mike the pharmacist, went out of his way to take care of us.
Answered the phone, called our insurance to make sure they’ll cover the meds then and then called us back to let us know.
And the meds were done in about 20 minutes.
Amazing!!!

Tim Owens The photo specialist at Walgreens was amazing. We had a family emergency and their machines were down and he personally went above and beyond and helped our daughter. Your store can be very proud of him people like him are rare to find these days. THANK YOU Tim!!!

UPDATE-This is always a great store and the pharmacy is very great...Mike the pharmacist and Genny are super special that goes out of their way to call your doctor and keep up on the meds you need . Iam always happy with them and would recommend this to to all my friends and family. This pharmacy I trust very much and Mike and Gen are the best !!!!

It's like any other Walgreen's - conveniently located, they've usually got what you need, but heaven help you if there's two old people using coupons in front of you at checkout. Staff is helpful, just wish there was a self checkout.

We moved a while back and have had issues of not updating customer info... today, ALEX took great care of us and did an update for us. He was friendly, very helpful, and smiled the whole time. Thank you ALEX!

They have a good selection of items. The staff was great.

Photo printing is quick. All brand otc medicines available.

Love the store and the employees are all very friendly.

They have a man there named John who can help you find anything!
