Schnucks Twin Oaks

Our cashier was very kind and even chased down a customer who forgot their groceries to make sure they had everything when they arrived at their destination. He recognized and acknowledged us promptly when we walked up to his register as well. This is a level of service I'm not used to receiving anymore.

I rarely stop at grocery stores on the way to work but I did today and had a cool experience this morning. A lady knocked over some cupcakes with her bag. I offered to buy them for my staff which she said no, they are messy. While at checkout, same lady brought me a new set of the same cupcakes and said these are for your staff. Turns out she worked there. This small, but impactful gesture is going to get me to stop at this location more often. Thanks!

I needed food. They had food. Win win

I shop here at least once a week. I don't buy groceries anywhere else.

After an appointment in Ballwin, I decided to stop at this Schnucks as it was close.
Glad I did, this is one of the more exemplary stores big time.
The store is so clean and handicapped parking was right near the door.
Walking in the flower department was great, with lots of choices along with pretty fresh looking.
The produce department was fabulous as it's spread out so people can get around very easily.
The deli department offers so much more than ours does in Hampton Village, along with the Meat department and seafood department as well.
The frozen section is spread out as well so your not waiting to get thru the aisle.
Bakery & Bread department is comparable to our store.
Lots of sales going on as well, but the meat department offered a lot more cuts for single people, wish all the stores were doing that too.
Overall fabulous Schnucks store wish all were that way.

A great place to grocery shop with a wide variety of choices.

I have not seen such a crowded grocery set of lines in a long time. The ladies moved everyone along. Nice grocery store. Halloween must be busy. Great help staff.

The deli was closing (closed) and the nicest gentleman EVER helped me anyway! He got me an 8 pc chicken and a baked chicken breast. He is the kindest employee at the entire store (even besides serving me). Too bad all employees here aren't like him. Wish I had gotten his name.

A nice Schnucks, usually it is pretty busy and deli can be backed up a bit but I always seem to get in and out in good time.

Store is clean and the staff was very friendly.

Only negative is the parking spots are real tight.

I drive a full size pick up and have to park far away from the entry to not beat up the cars next to me.

Probably not Schnucks fault, just an observation.

Nice, clean store. Large enough to find what you want, but not crazy big. Staff is generally very friendly. Great fresh fruit and bakery.

The Sale prices are great and the staff are extremely friendly.

Nice friendly grocery story. Not so huge you get lost in it. If they don't have it, you don't need it. Deli with the cool new way of placing your order and picking it up while you shop is great. Florist area is awesome. Fresh seafood and sushi...friendly staff. Good selection.

Stopped by on our way to Castlewood, and this is one of the nicest Schnucks I’ve been to. They’ve got a great selection and the store was well stocked.

The clerk that runs the flower department was incredible wish I knew her name.

I found the store very inviting, and displayed with tempting fruits and vegetables when you walk in the door. I need to add how I like to browse though the floral designs! My daughter has lived here in Valley Park for 20 years. We love it. Thank you for choosing me!

Clean, well-stocked, aisle contents well-marked, fresh looking produce, easy access from ample parking.

Their fruit, vegetable & deli sections are so well kept, I'm always finding just-one-more-thing to grab for that perfect salad or sandwich!
