I just needed my wedding ring resized. Ann gave me the price and how long it would take, she called me a few days later letting me know that it was ready which was earlier than I was told. When I picked it up several days later I was greeted by name and a smile. The service was great my ring looks great and the friendly atmosphere was great! Definitely recommend.

I recently had several rings sized and had my wedding set fixed. It had 50 years of wear, so it needed a lot of work to get it to look like it once had, especially the wedding band’s brushed finish and the head that held the center diamond. When I picked it up, I was amazed that it looked like it did when it was new. Not only was their work excellent, but their customer service was outstanding. It was such a pleasant experience. I’m going to purchase an aquamarine pendant and will definitely get it there.

After seeing online that Neustaedter's does jewelry conversions, I brought in some earrings that were very uncomfortable. They converted them from a full-circle hoop to a post back. The workmanship is beautiful! I'm very happy with the finished product and highly recommend their service.

I am a true believer that everything happens for a reason. As we looked to have my wife's diamond replaced, and after multiple inquiries at some of the "other places", the good Lord directed us to Neustaedter's. From the initial visit, to pick up of their latest creation, we were left without words when presented with the ring. It is stunning. The staff here are a joy to work with! I needed help designing a customized engagement ring for my girlfriend, and they were extremely honest, helpful, and friendly throughout the process, from design to execution. I am happy to report that my now fiancée said it was the most beautiful and perfect ring she has ever seen in her life! From the first day I started going there, they made me feel welcome and as if I'd been going there for years. Everyone is super friendly and work with you to make sure everything is how you want it. Mr. and Mrs Neustaedter are always there. We usually work with Diana, who is such a nice and pleasant person. She really enhances our visits there, but all of the staff is awesome.

Talk about a family owned business you want to keep going back to. My fiancé and I both absolutely love Neustaedter’s. We were introduced to them by family. I got her engagement ring here first. We eventually went back (we live 3hrs from here) to pick out my wedding band and her wedding band! We’ve had the pleasure of working with Diana both times! We needed a resizing of my wife’s wedding ring requiring additional gold. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Neustaedter’s did an excellent job at a reasonable price. The ring shows no signs of the resizing and looks great.

Wonderful jewelry store, we had 2 rings appraised & a different ring resized. Eric & everyone at this store are so nice & helpful and the pretty little girl that greets you when you come in, such a nice touch.

I work next door at the Tavern Kitchen and Bar and my girlfriend bent her ring. I took it into them and they fixed it for free! What a great jeweler and will be getting engagement ring now from them. Great service!
