Class Act Agent. Niki called me the day my house went back on the market. After being listed for 6 months with no action. Then the next thing I know, she is at my door in person to check on me and the house. At that point I knew she was the agent for me. Niki scheduled an appointment with my wife Toni and myself. The best agent . Nichole is hands down the best agent out there. From the point of initial contact, Nichole was extremely professional, knowledgeable about the area, flexible, and patient with changing direction. She truly listened to our needs and desires in this home buying process. Purchasing from across the country and site unseen had caused us a lot of anxiety and fear, but Nichole took the initiative to pull together content on potential prospects, prepared materials and documents, effectively managed communication lines, and ultimately silenced our fears and exceeded our expectations. White glove service. Working with Elaine was a joy. We were from outside the area and she provided the expertise and local knowledge we needed. She went out of her way to be present for things we were unable to be there for and acted as our go between for any number of outside services, making sure we had options and great information in order to move forward.
