Bojangles

This is off the road and could be overlooked. This makes the drive-through go very fast. At the times that I have gone anyway.
Always fresh food and friendly staff.
There is no senior discount, though. But I love those chicken sandwiches.
Go drive through and then to Lake Junaluska across the street to enjoy the sights and maybe the bald eagle.

We tried the new blueberry and sausage biscuits and they were very tasty.

When you need a quick breakfast cant pass up a sausage egg n cheese biscuit w a cheerwine

The chicken was cooked perfectly and the biscuits are so soft and fluffy.

Stopped by on our way home and bought steak biscuits, fries and sweet potato pie. The biscuit was so fresh and cooked perfectly. Everything was great.

Food was good, dining area was clean, employees were friendly

The young man who took our order inside was very polite he had long hair in a ponytail. He realized they were out of cheese sticks after we had already paid and called us up to the counter and stated we may pick something else in place of the cheese sticks as he was unaware they were out. He then told the lady who appeared to be in charge that he wasn't sure how to ring it up. Instead of her showing this young man how to do it she proceeded to raise her voice at him and says " what do you mean, just push the button". The young man explained he had never done that before and he wasn't sure what a "make it right button was". He looked up and apologized In complete embarrassment because the women had just yelled at him infront of patrons in the dining room. Myself and a manager from Publix both looked at each other and stated that was absolutely no way to treat a fellow employee. Even my 13 year old daughter asked me why the lady yelled at him like that. The food was great and I hope this young man with the long hair in a pony tail knows that he did a great job handling our order that day and for not walking out and quitting his job for how he was treated because I could not work for someone who doesn't have people skills.

Not only was my order correct and the gentleman at the drive-thru window was very friendly, he also gave me 2 chicken tenders for my dog! I realized that I'd ordered a spicy chicken sandwich & wouldn't be able to share with my canine companion. I didn't need but 1-2 tenders & when I asked if I could get just that, he seemed genuinely happy to oblige! Our pets are our family & I sincerely appreciate when people are so kind to understand!

Bojangles has the best chicken on the planet. Source my spouse Carole, a five star chicken hawk expert. Their biscuits are also in a class by themselves. Do not miss the egg, sausage and cheese biscuit, or bacon if you prefer. Sorry chicken fil a, you do not even come close.

Customer service is excellent! The woman at the register was so sweet!! Our first time here, as we live out of state! Our 4 month old just loved her and gave her a huge smile! Food was excellent!! Service with a smile and great food...:)

Chicken specials are extra spicy. Biscuits good. Even mashed potatoes were good. Had to wait a few minutes for fresh chicken tenders so I was given complimentary cinnamon and blueberry biscuits. This was very considerate. Big smiles. Will go back.

Delicious food! My granddaughter had a kid's meal with Mac and cheese as the side. She said it was delicious. I had the chicken salad which was just as delicious as Zaxbys and cheaper. The service was great too. Plenty of employees working so there was no waiting.

The employees were so kind and courteous. We are from Campbell County TN and I would absolutely recommend Bojangles to eat, very very clean fresh food. Just absolutely so nice and kind and really great ..... Thank you all at Bojangles

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Since I'm from the Canadian peninsula of Otter Dam, there are no Bogangles' this far north. No one wants to be "that guy" staring at a menu wondering what to get at a fast food place. Feeling the pressure at the drive-thru, the staff clearly sensed my unease and began helping through the chicken ordering process, so I wasn't sweating like a suspect. Much appreciated, and would go back again when in Maggie Valley.

For some reason I really like their biscuits and gravy. But for other reasons I actually enjoy this restaurant. It is typically very clean and the bathrooms are typically clean as well. The drive-thru is decent speed

As I sat and worked for a couple of hours in this location, there were employees cleaning at all times including employees getting on the floor to clear the chair and table legs. It was very impressive and nice to see the pride that these employees took in maintaining their Bojangles store!

I am really fond of this Bojangles. I do use the drive-thru most often. The employees are very friendly, and it's UNLIKELY that my order is wrong. Nine times out of 10 it's correct! That's impressive to me for fast food, and it's always really good!
