Had a great experience here. Prices were far more reasonable than what we were finding around town and Kahlil was really helpful in explaining the differences between each mattress style as well as getting us a good deal. They have a sleep testing device that narrowed down the choices for us and each of the mattresses we tried out were spot on for comfort and what we were looking for.

I couldn't ask for better service! I grabbed a Black Friday deal on a mattress and box spring to be picked up at the Morrisville location. There was a technical error regarding the delivery date of my order but Roy (who usually works at the Cary location but, luckily for me, was filling in at the Morrisville store) helped me politely, promptly, and professionally as we got the order straight throughout the day. I couldn't ask for better service and will definitely be ordering my next mattress from Mattress Warehouse again (although with their great warranty, it might be a while)!
